Heads up! Casumo Casino raising minimum bets?

Perhaps the OP means max bet rather than minimum? Thread title conflicts with the post.
Sorry - that was my edit to the thread title. Needed a more descriptive click worthy one. And I read the content wrong. :p

Oh joy! and double joy! Lower RTPs to drain bankrolls 50% faster and to boot do it at a higher stake!

Lobotomy and sodomy simultaneously. :what:

The KY jelly has been exchanged for chilli sauce at 2,000,000 on the Scoville Scale.

The UKGC wants max stake £2 quid, so casinos up the minimum stakes to force people to spend more because they need to plug the gap. You couldn't make it up...

This shows the UKGC don't have a single clue what they are doing.

and if you spend 1 hrs playing you will get hit by safer gambling, you spend to much time playing WTF you want me to play £10 £20 per bet and lose my balance in 5mins

£2 spins - the annoying pop-up will appear every 30 seconds now.

Every 30 minutes a SoW demand.

Every hour an AML check.

Your slotting journey will just about last as long as a ride on the Big Dipper. With less ups-and-downs.

Bear in mind, this is only Casumo, who as we know will have suspended your account anyway after 50 spins @£2 for a 4-week SoW check.

The industry is being ruined, pure and simple.

The only things the UKGC needed to stick their beaks into was pending periods and honouring withdrawals…and they’ve even managed to stuff the latter up.

SG-wms spartacus was fixed at 50p on 1 site recently which surprised me, can't recall which place but normally you can play 20 lines for 10p, 50p gives you 100 lines.

I suppose with inflation stake values in 2015 have less real world value in 2022; this would always be a problem if ukgc set the maximum to £2 and didn't revisit and raise it, in 10 years it would nearly be the equivalent of £1.50. [if not less on current trends]

Maybe the casino just wants big gamblers. While they may have less customers they should make bigger profits and have less complaints and reg issues to deal with. Commercially it makes perfect sense to me.

It makes all sense when you understand that casino makes their money placed out of bets on their venture. The higher the bet the larger the percentage or cut. I guess they tired of these 10$ Depositors eeking out longest playtime they can.

For every one $10 slot player you need 50 x 20c players for the same turnover. There is a lot less admin work and frustration involved dealing with medium and high rollers. The 20c players whinge and moan a lot but provide very little revenue and are maybe overall cost negative to the business when overheads are taken into account.
