The way I read that is
1 You take the ND bonus
2 You make WR and make a cashout request.
3 the balance is removed from your account
4 You must deposit min $25
5 You must wager deposit 4Xbefore the ND withdrawal will be processed.
6 There are no further restrictions - if you pass Go collect $200

That's seems close, but I still find it VERY confusing. (And I've read several 100 lots of T&Cs!)

Suppose you made the max $100 from the free-chip, deposited & turned the $25 over 4 times and doubled it.
Can you then withdraw a TOTAL of $150, or just $100?

You'd withdraw the total of $150.

As per the T&C, "Maximum withdrawal with the free $10.00 is $100.00." Whatever you make on the $25 "validation deposit" is yours.

I can see how the language could be misconstrued so we'll continue to refine it so it's crystal clear.

The trouble is when any casino offers a free chip it will attract all the bonus hunters/abusers under the sun,(its a good way for a casino to get its name around if they are new like yourselves), but you will also get alot of honest players,
i agree they should have to make a deposit to verify the account but placing any sort of WR on that deposit is wrong IMO, the casino should have other methods of weeding out the abusers without the honest ones being penalised,

Yes I agree it could still be clearer.
This was the important line from my interpretation (what they really mean or should mean).
3 the balance is removed from your account

So when you deposit you would only have $25 in your account and WR of $100 (Still a little high)
This way there would be no confusion about any future withdrawal having restrictions and as soon as the WR was met the initial $100 withdrawal would be processed.
Any future withdrawal would be processed as a separate transaction.

Read the terms of the $10 free offer carefully. It requires 20x WR requirement on the $10 and a max cash out of $100. Then they require a $25 deposit (makes sense for verification). BUT, then they require another 20x WR on the $25 before you can cash out the max of $100.

Except Saturn's Live Chat informed me that any deposit, whether or not you opt in for a bonus requires a 40X playthrough!!! The terms only quote the WR as 15X and the CEO didn't bother to clarify that point in his email to me explaining their seemingly "erroneous player turnover requirements". Oh, by the way, withdrawals wont be accepted unless submitted on Mondays, 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM!

Never intended to even try to cash out, but at one point I checked and saw that I had a withdrawable balance in the cashier section, but in the casino lobby it still says my balance is minus 53$. So do I owe them money???And if I decide to deposit what will happen? Scary

No, Waldokay, you don't have a negative balance, you actually won in the casino... your balance when you go to the cashier is correct. We have just discovered a bug on how the balance is displayed in the lobby and have reported it for correction.

I think my husband understands what the terms are but to me I'm still CONFUZZLED... so yesterday he won over 400 using the free 10 bucks. so after meeting the wagering requirements the balance went down to 130. after reading some of the posts on here and reading and re-reading the terms on their site he said , "ok so I make a deposit of 25, wager that 4 times and if I have anything left I can cash it out". I said ok, sounds good. made the deposit, so the total balance was 155, (130 + 25). after wagering the deposit of 25, 4x he was left with a total balance of 120.

he went to live chat to confirm he had met the wagering requirements and the CS rep asked if he had read the terms and conditions.. it seemed like she didnt want to help.. all we wanted to know if he met the wagering requirements so that when he went to withdraw we wouldnt get an email the next day stating he didnt for some reason met the requirements. so the next 15 minutes he had the most ridiculous chat ever because the CS started to sound more confused about the terms than we were!! she left for a few moments to double check with somebody else and just cut and paste what the terms on the site stated.... she came back and said sure you can cash out and we did but we have not yet recieved any emails from them (granted the 24 hours hasnt passed yet) but i'm pretty sure its gonna get screwed up.. hahaha but oh well he was gonna deposit and play $25 bucks in a casino reguardless.. but damn my head is still tripping on this whole thing...

btw.. this question goes out to billy cubed... the 120 that my husband was left with after all the wagering was met, and he cashed out with the 100 bucks.. is the 20 bucks left in the account his to play with OR will it be wiped out once the withdrawal is out of pending status??

dont worry, i was very confused of this too. i think your husband shoud be able to take out the whole 120.. but no guarantee on this

try to get the manager laura in livechat... she is able to sort things out for you. she made my withdrawal and i received it few hours later...

After reading the following post above, my husband began to play the remaining $20 in the account after depositing $25, wagering it 4 times, and withdrawing the max withdrawal of $100. From that $20, he just won a $1,000 during the free spins and suddenly a message popped up reminding him that only $100 was withdrawable, even though he had already withdrawn that $100 earlier! And, as Billy says in the post above, whatever you make on the $25 "validation deposit" is yours. So, why are we getting different answers? Please, look at the screenshots below and explain.

I would edit the post and fix that cos its annoying me too..but di dont see the edit button there anymore...i'm really sorry about that..

during the free spins he got a whole line of the baseball pitcher, which is wild and on the last line the other pitcher that retriggers the free spins..it was really crazy to see that add up! but he could have won more but the game stopped on its own during the free spins cos it said he had won the max payout..(which has happened to him before during the free spins on a 1cent bet)

BTW, Yes, I forgot that RTG slots have a ludicrous maximum win - on that slot it's line bet x 50,000.
How on earth they meet their correct RTP with this crazy rule in place is beyond me...

Sorry KK, just logged in after a few days. No they did not pay back my winnings, but in fairness they should not have done that. I gambled them away in frustration and they should not be held responsible for that. If I had won I certainly would have cashed the winnings. So fair is fair.

The matter has been resolved and my winnings have returned to my account and are now able to be withdrawn. I would like to thank Billy and Laura of Casinocubed for all their help! They responded timely, and were very much willing to assist. Plus, since I won the money on my birthday, this makes one of the coolest gifts I could recieve!

Fair play Mikey. Patience is never one of a gambler's virtues except the ridiculous KK so it is only natural that you busted out of frustration.
