I pm'd him regarding a delay in payment issue with crystal city (virtual casino group) with no response, I have not been able to get any response from their chat reps either, anyone know a good way to get in touch with them?

Wow. Virtual Ted is answering questions and now that he no longer works there i am sure they are true.

One big thing he says is YES RTG software does allow for casino to set payout %!!!!!! But he says there are only 3 settings. 93%, 95%, and 97%.
Also, he says they cannot set separate payout %s for individual players. In other words whatever its set at, all players are playing that %. He said he kept theirs at 97% most of the time!!

When you consider that Atlantic City casinos average about 92% payout on .25 machines, 93,95,97 are good payouts. I have always thought online slots had better payouts than B&M's. This confirms it. Makes sense since they have lower overhead.

He also said they can set the # of decks in blackjack (not for individual players though) anywhere from 1 to 250 decks!!!!! He said he kept his at 4.

Its really nice to find out some of the "behind the scenes" stuff about both Virtual and RTG in general.

Yes, VTed no longer works for Virtual. But if you PM his account here, it goes straight to Virtual's General manager.

Meister, ye know the name of that manager as well, by any chance?

Edit:

Lets not discuss Casinos for today anymore. Weather is too good in Germany. Cheers =)

It's nice for us players that Teddy is talking, but if he reaveals too many secrets he may end up taking the long dirt nap. They aint exactly Priests and choir-boys that run some of these operations.

Let's see how virtual fares without Ted. Unpopular with some posters he may be,but he was certainly a breath of fresh air in this forum for this particular organisation.

I agree. Even though he was bashed left and right by a few posters (even a couple of times by me) he still had constructive things to say.

He's still a regular member of this board - he just goes by a different handle.

Thanks

Meister, Chuchu, and others who have contacted me , your words are very appreciated. I always tried to bridge the gap so it was not an us vs them relationship when it came to players.
Just to set the record straight, I moved back to Los Angeles, and no longer wanted to stay in Costa Rica, and Virtual did not feel I could run the casino from abroad, so they no longer needed my services.
