Has anyone heard of Slots Alley Casino?

I've been in contact with Natalie, and most of the questions that have been posed here will be answered shortly. I should have something by Monday. So far what I've seen most everything is explained.

Can't wait to see how they explain the extra cards in the A&F game that allow you to get a 'natural' 5 of a kind!

Haha - can't wait either. Let me see....

- Microgaming rip-off
- Huge bonuses on all deposits
- Progressives (1,4 mill.) from one newbie casino worth the sum of progressives from , Playtech (852K) and Microgaming (527K) build by hundreds of thousands of players
- Progressive ticking as a bunch of watches with same speed/increments 24/7
- Progressive Aces and Faces with a 130% minimum payout. Currently it's 182%
- If one hand of Aces and Faces adds 3 cents to the progressive jackpot - it's been almost 1,2 million hands since the last Royal. Statistically (assuming perfect play) we should have have seen 46 Royals.
- They (most likely) have their own portal gamblersonnet.com praising Slots Alley and listing it along with "other" Microgaming casinos
- The software is buggy (5 OAKS etc.)
- FGL (most likely) their own independent third party) tested and approved the buggy and rigged software.
- Domain registrations point to Gibraltar which is good - but everything is in Israel (is that legal??). Support, gameservers, website of Slots Alley, FGL and Gamblersonnet are all in Israel.

I imagine Natalie will be working late ;)

Jeeze Jyde! Where's the blonde???

Anyway, here is Natalie's answer:

1. How are the progressives tallied via your casino? How do players know these are
real?

The software owner is dead against making public the way the progressive network is
constructed. As I have explained they have some legal problems operating the clubs
and fear complications. We don't want to lie or put a spin on the answer. Will it be
enough to explain that the casino was launched with the intention of adding more
casinos later to participate in the network. (others will be launched very soon).

2. How are you able to offer a 300% bonus without jeopardizing your casino or player
funds?

We are WELL aware of the risk in running the 300% bonus. We came with a specific
marketing approach of providing relatively large bonuses, but significantly restrict
cash-out terms the minimum wager requierment is very high and every bonus carries
such restrictions as stated on our site. We do not admit "evil players" using
various blacklists.

Players may rest assured that the casino can afford and will always honor any and
all cash-out requests. We do not go over board.
Our casino shares the profits with players - we are willing to make less profit per
player then other casinos. But today we are far from unique, there are pleanty of
other casinos, that offer even higher bonuses from various vendors.

3. What is your position on FLG?

FGL is a group of professional mathmaticians and programers, they don't compromise
and they really made an impression on us. It's a part of a software company that
decided to start this business but we were not aware that we would be their only
client. We actually predicted that they will become significant players in the field
of payout auditing and random checks (they are much more accomplished than any
accountant). They led us to believe that they have new customers signing up within a
very short period of time. But they failed and we are now in a very delicate
position of being the only client. We have informed FGL that if they won't expand
their business we are not going to extend our cooperation with them.

4. What have you done about reported glitches in the software?

Yes there were several glitches in our software and some players were affected.
Everyone of them was compensated to his satisfaction. Yes we had 3 players that
showed a balance much higher than what was recorded on our servers it was corrected
and they were compensated and all issues were resolved immediately! There were other
incidents where the software made a mistake in calculating the payout. We immediatly
corrected the mistake and as to the players affect, two of which didn't even notice.
We made them aware, apologized and compensated them.

I am happy to say that today I cannot recall the last time something like this
happened.

We treat our players with great respect and care, our cash-out's are prompt and we
pay a lot of attention to customer service, I answer and interact with players
myself pulling problems from support people much more than the average manager. We
don't use templates, form letters or auto replies every claim and complaint is
seriously handled.

Jeeze Jyde! Where's the blonde???

That's her. After her boyfriend found out she'd been chasing the Slots Alley the progressives with his creditcard.

As for Natalies answers - I must laugh!

What is this with clubs? She claim progressives are build from "secret gambling clubs"??

Even if it was true it doesn't explain the A&F progressive with the 180% payout.

As for FGL  If they're such wizards - how come they didn't notice the unreal A&F progressive and the millions of hands played without Royals.

The good people at P4K had lots of fun at the Slots Alley sister

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

The "portal" for the sister site started spamming
me today. This is enough to put them on my blacklist.

Based on all the information I've read, they DO NOT offer a fair game. That's why they can offer 350% bonus. You won't win anything at all with such a slow pay out.
Even if you do win, they DO NOT pay. Enough said.

They wanted us to do a post-pay CPA deal for them, and we said no because they had no references. It's my perspective that a company willing to scam their players isn't that far behind scamming their marketers - and their affiliates. I'm glad, in retrospect, that we didn't.

Interestingly enough, they supposedly had someone win their giant ACES & FACES progressive jackpot
(It was in an email that I didn't keep) I believe it was up to $40,000+ . It is now back down to a mere $9,000+. It would be great to have them publish the full name of this lucky winner and find out how quickly he was paid. But, alas, they only publish the players first names. It must be difficult to come up with all those first names.

 Told you this was a scam.

Last time I checked the Jackpot on Aces & Faces was around $60,000 - a payback of 182%. It would reset to $25,000 which would pay a 130%.

After getting some publicity they "let the jackpot go" and reset to less than $10,000. Just as crazy - but what would you expect from a scam operation like this? Stupid AND crooks.

I haven't had a chance to listen to the radioshow - and I just can't wait.

LOOK!!! The idiots created a website for the softwareprovider.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Casinova Software has been widely praised in the marketplace for the kind of innovative design that commands attention.
Haha - they've been laughed at and ridiculed.

Our stunning graphics and user friendly virtual casino package, translate into big earnings for operators
Well - the design was copied from Microgaming. Big earnings? Doubt it

So - now this guy Nati (or Natalie. Probably a cross-dresser) has:

- 3 rigged casinos
- 1 fake watchdog site certifying payouts
- at least 2 fake spamming portals with fake reviews promoting the casinos (gamblersonnet.com and goodgamblers.com)
- 1 software company

Meister - looks like you have a new member for the rogue-software section
