Question Has anyone had Problems with Spin Genie?

Hi guys, having deposited many many times with spin genie with no returns I finally got a win, horah! I requested a withdraw on Sat morning, knowing the stress you go through to get winnings from other sites I immediately sent in via email a mountain of different pieces of identification to prove I exist ( which was good enough for MrGreen previously , I have since heard nothing back, Live chat seems to be off, nobody answers the phones, I leave a message but nobody gets back to me, my account balance is still showing my win, Am I going to get my withdraw or is this a dodgy site who don't pay out?

Unsure why no live chat as normally always on, But maybe updating but I think you are safe here

I wouldn't worry at all. I withdrew £1200 from my first £50 deposit. I got a personal phone call from the rep, docs processed very quickly, and the withdrawal was lightning fast.
Can't fault them on that side of things at all :thumbsup:
 
Same issue here but longer waiting times, I requested a largish withdrawal on the 15th which is still sitting in my account as playable, I sent all the verification documents twice and am now verified as of the 17th. Still no withdrawal though. I have emailed again for a response and wil let everyone know how I get on.

I have had a big win at this casino and sent through the documents which they approved and two days later they still haven't procesed withdrawal and are querying my email address as its not my name in my email address.

They do not respond to emails and are evasive.

Don't think I will ever see the 2000!

Gutted never had this problem with a casino before

Does anyone know a contact number for spingenie ,I tried to withdraw my funds and was asked to provide documents,which I have including bank card,driving license,letters with address on bank statements and still won't let me withdraw,never had this problem with other sites ,is this a genuine site as I've had no reply to 4 sent emails either
 
Spin genie have kept my winnings after informing me there was. Problem with my bank account to transfer my funds over too, I’ve replied to them via email and online and I have been completely ignored for 4 days now whilst they sit on my £1500
 
This spin genie is ridiculous I withdrew money yesterday then wanted to withdraw again and it won't let me, so went to live chat no one answered so I I emailed support still no reply just give me all my money so I can just leave
