I am wondering what is the general impression about Hard Rock casino...

Personally I opened a new real account before a week or so and the account was immediatelly locked to my surprise (1st time this happens to me! And I don't think I am such a dangerous player  ).
I did contact their support twice by email and nobody bothered to explain or even answer. Of course I pm their rep here but I received the same silence...
Definately not the best first impression.

Has someone experience on it?

Well I like their graphics and their landbased casino is 'decent' but apart from that..............:eek2:

It has always been difficult to choose between a rock and a hard place but this casino has them both. Just joking though. LOL.

Update - Matter resolved

Well I have to write a very positive update:
The casino manager has taken care of the matter and informed me by pm in the best possible way:
Except from opening my account manually, he has also placed generously a welcome bonus just for my frustration.

Very nice of him. I take it that your post here got his attention;)

Hardrcok!!

Nice place..

Can't complain about it... they have a strong website..

Never the less, I only noticed that their Goldralley jack pot was not accurate some weeks ago. They were reporting a huge amount, when I checked at golden palace, slots.com and casino king it was different.

But the casino's support is good ... they are on the way to become a big one.

jajaja

What do you mean by hmmmmmm

Dont worry, I am not related to them....

However when I see something good I admited.

I can talk wonderful things from playtech, microgaming and rtg casinos.

Also some awful things...

The Watchdog has the eye on you...jejeje

Well, I think the "eye" should take another look at my post. ;)

Cue an airplane roaring over the head of dog while it "watches" it go by...

The eye of the WatchDog! Ah, in Chinese folklore we have a Dog belonging to the Three-eyed Saint. Any relationships between the 2 of them?

While I was doing a quick search for the word "riposte" ("Jetset" continues to amaze me with his high command of the English language, to which it's becoming clearer by day that I should go back to University... or at the very least update my "COLLINS COBUILD" English dictionary to a "MERRIAM WEBSTER's" dictionary), I decided while I'm at it I should do an extensive search for the term "jejeje". :what:

And you know what? I've got nothing so far. Heck, if you can't even find it at "Wikipedia.com", it probably doesn't exist. I've even glossed through a well-respected Spanish/Castilian dictionary ("Real Academia Espanola"), and still nothing.

So as a last resort, I'm going to have to ask my neighbor's (she's a "MADAME" and this is a great excuse to break the ice ;) ) pretentious "Pekingese" (damn toy dogs think they're soooo good) what the hell "jejeje" means. This ought to be a very humbling experience. Here we go...

Side Note: I'm praying that "jejeje" means something good, but to this day, I'm terrible at deciphering what barks (and all of their intonations) really mean.

LOL, great stuff gentlemen. :) All esoteric references can NOW be found at "Casinomeister.com".

I was hoping that the neighbor's "Pekingese" would have provided me more useful information. After all, it is a canine breed of Chinese royalty. Absolutely useless (and my left hand is now bleeding to boot... ).

Hmmm. I cant believe you got passed JAJAJA in his thread title :D

CM.....you could easily compete with the best comedy clubs! Less than 30 minutes of reading and I have big belly-laughed 3 times!

Informative, current, timely, useful, educational, topical......and a laugh riot to boot! CM you got a hit on your hands!

PS. BTW, my 12 years of Spanish may be paying off..........

JeJeJe = HeHeHe or JaJaJa = HaHaHa. The "j" is pronounced as an "h" (ex. Jai'Alai) so a literal interpretation of a non-native speaker may come out a bit quasi-translated.

Don't know about the Hardrcok thing though............

Actually, I should have stepped-up before and said something. My apologies "Watchdog", I couldn't pass-up the opportunity to make a joke with what you had left... hangin' there. ;) I didn't have any problem with anything you said in your post (and for the record, I actually don't mind PlayTech). :)

On another note, this has to be one of the first times I've ever seen a "cat" trying to make a "dog" feel better.

No problem

If it wasn't for your comment I would have never noticed my error on the casino's name (once again it wasn't intentional)... But it was funny...

thanx
