Non-Bonus Complaint Had My money confiscated

    Hey guys i had a non deposit bonus of 25 free spins on larrycasino i won £4 from i played n played till i had a total of £2054 which they told me was withdraw-able i tried to withdraw they approved the withdrawel but later put £100 on my account and said they had confiscated the £1954 as its in their right too and told me the £100 was real money and fully withdrawable but i chose not to withdraw instead i played again i they got up to £2800 and withdrew £2350 which again was approved waited a week no money in my bank went back to site spoke to the live chat who told me they could confiscate it and i was never up to £2800 so i sent him a pic to prove i was which he checked into and agreed with me i told him i understand i lost the fist nearly £2k but the 2nd withdraw was with real funds and i won. once again he checked into it and said your correct my bad. he then went to speak to payment team to get my payment sorted which was cut short by his manager wanted to speak to me which he then said we have the right to confiscate funds from players and unfortunately theirs nothing they can do ?

    i went back on live chat because he ended it and spoke to same person again who told me he has argued with his manager saying the 2nd withdrawel was legit but his manager is saying no.

    i have the chats with the live chat and all the proof which he agreed to ? dont know what to do ?

    any one any suggestions please! thanks alot for reading

    Wow, that really sucks!! This casino appears to be more or less ok and not rogue so this is outrageous. I suggest you submit a PAB as soon as possible if the casino's position doesn't change soon. Good luck!
