This is the first time i have had website not available message fro them.
Previously they had a landing page when they had problems
Hoping this gets fixed in the next few hours
 
Working fine at my end. Just logged in and loaded a slot, all smooth as usual.

Maybe they fixed it right the moment i was logging in :)
 
update

This issue seems to have been ongoing for some hours from the wee small hours of the European morning. Was resolved once office hours started, but I'm not exactly sure what happened. Doing some internal checks as to why and if it's something we are ensuring won't occur again.

Another deposit, more problems, game not available blah blah.

Just wanted 1 session before I go back to work, had enough, that's the last deposit until things are 100% fixed. So p*ssed off right now.
 
  • have not got any e-mail from guts like past 1 year from now, in past there was like 1 or 2 emails sent in a week
  • changed email address like few months ago, opt in is "checked" to receive emails
  • requested help about this issue more then like 10 times but anybody does not have glue how to fix this issue

I've had the same with another casino and the problem is not from their side. Your email provider is probably blocking it.

I tried different hotmail addresses I got. Not solved. Tried Gmail = problem solved and I get them again.
Try that if you haven't already :)

PS: As a UK Player, old PC, Google Chrome user, I have not encountered any problems at all my end (touch wood) and am usually on the sire at least 3-4 times a week.

Good to hear :) Let's hope for a downtime-free weekend...

Think so! - Wasn't a problem, It was just before I went to bed as I always try and save my last tenner for DOA so just played Immortal Romance instead :D

Post was more to point out Netent's awful spelling :eek:

Played the leftovers of my balance this morning and all good, no errors :thumbsup:
