- have not got any e-mail from guts like past 1 year from now, in past there was like 1 or 2 emails sent in a week
- changed email address like few months ago, opt in is "checked" to receive emails
- requested help about this issue more then like 10 times but anybody does not have glue how to fix this issue

Just wanted 1 session before I go back to work, had enough, that's the last deposit until things are 100% fixed. So p*ssed off right now.
