Guts withdrawal times

Can other people here shed some light in Guts usual payout times?

Made a withdrawal yesterday after clearing a wager and withdraw took about couple of hours,

finished wagering another bonus later last night and its on 24 hours and counting and still pending

If its anything like Dunder it will all over the place from 1 min to 30 hours/ most seem 6-12 hours

If it's below I think $300 or so, the CSR can flush it on request - otherwise it stays reversable until Finance processes it the next morning.

I was just in the chat and they processed it now.

Shouldnt really have to go to chat in the first place though but.. well all good now case closed

Guts used to be very fast when it comes to withdraw but lately i cant say the same :rolleyes:

When I was a newbie here GUTS was the most praised Casino and they were the fastest when it came to withdrawals. They advertised to process withdrawals within 4 hours and at that time they were the only ones that fast.

Well times have changed and today there are a lot casinos that are even faster and pay you in minutes or even instant.

Would be nice to see GUTS back where they once were.

That will never happen!
Somewhere along the way the people behind Guts decided to build this huge company instead. It was them who had the vision of making Guts so great.
They don't work in the casino anymore and those who do now don't care the same way. What is important to us is not the same as what is important to them. Fast cashouts was just one of those things.

No, they will never get back to where they once was. They are welcome to try and prove me wrong though.

I can't believe i need to verify for everytime i request a withdraw, Former head of Guts used to fix this for me as soonest i sent him a email. Now, i dont have any info of the new casino manager and the VIP email don't answer either...

thing was i have verified my account twice but last time was like 2 years ago, When i talked to livechat i got a weird email saying my documents was "approved" they ere already and i didnt send any new.
Last time i spoke regarding my account with Guts was with (I think former Boss) Yits, i just heard he don't work there anymore, but as you can see under, this is my issue.

Sorry about this, it is likely a more inexperienced agent. Just to explain why the confusion arose - you have one of the oldest accounts at Guts, and halfway since we migrated to our own in-house platform, where verification flags are different than when you got verified. All old accounts had a special tag if they were verified on the old platform - newer accounts have a different kind of tag...

Not perfect I know, but I just wanted to explain why this happened at the very least. It seems the agent did it by the book and is asking if we require verification from you - I have jumped into the relevant intranet ticket and asked that they avoid this as it is just a misunderstanding.


Do please let me know if there is anything is amiss going forward..

well i am quite shocked at guts tonight, i am used to quick withdrawals and if over 2 hours could contact support and either get it sent through or at least get them to put note on for it, but tonight live help was extremely rude and unhelpful

hi i was on earlier to chat about a withdrawal and still have not recieved it im a bit confused because as far as i know you had a policy of under 4 hours and it was for only 20 euro has this changed lately because i would have to rethink playing here if so?

i know you said within 24 hours but im verified and never waited longer than a few hours unless late night

It has always been within 24 hours!

now if i remember right they used to say they aim to process all verified withdrawals within 4 hours and if they didnt and you got on live help you would at lest get a polite reply what is happening at this site , most sites are trying to process faster and offer better live help not worse :(
