Guts withdraw process time??

When I first started reading this thread I thought : Why is this guy so intense about quick withdrawals? What is so wrong to wait a day for a big withdrawal? Did he do something wrong?

Oh nevermind... He reversed and dumped it all back...

I remember waiting 5 days for the wire transfer from guts after my verification and first withdrawal. I was really happy to receive it. It was more than 2 years ago ;)

They should change the logo for dumb people like op : why wait? Fuck it! Reverse!

the OP knew they'd broken the max bet rule, and were hoping to rush the withdrawal through, before anyone checked on the game play

I would take it a step further and ban him altogether from CM. We don't need liars here slanting an accredited, reliable and well liked casino.

I am actually angry at myself for behaving like a goody-two-shoes in believing his story and trying to see the fault with Guts.

EDIT: on the other hand I feel sorry for him as he seems to have a huge gambling problem. Hope he'll find the right help one day.

just an update on this matter.
im currently in a private convo with yits but his away so cannot attend to my issues.

however. one of my withdraw was approved on the 17th and today is now the 22th. it's now the 5th working business day. it clearly states on the payment section it takes within 1-3 working days, when i ask for updates on live chat some host would say it takes 3-5 days. the host today says now 5-7 days. she also mention something about their bank can't convert australian currency or something. im sure im not the first australian customer to make a withdraw and im sure if it happen it would of happen before and would of been fixed already. why does it have to happen coincidentally when i make a withdraw. like who's the liar now you clown.

to all those that says stop whinging and bitching. well i say i have the bloody right to, i work hard for my money i play on their casino and when i win i expect to get the service that they promote themselves with. whats the point of even paying for deposit fees and withdraw fees when they cannot perform to their expectations.

i also have another isssue with guts regarding not paying me after i won a bet on live baccarat, but i cannot be bothered typing it out and wait till yits replies.
all in all guts is shit box, not a very good gaming experience at all
 
They actually sent me 2 times the same promo message via text message! Can you believe how bad they are!!! They credited me 10$ for the mistake without me even asking. I really can't stand bad practice like this... I had to play slots for free with a 25x wagering and it was painful. How do I PAB? :)

the issue of this thread is about processing time.
yits mention about bonus, it wasn't a deposit bonus it was those 10% net loss bonus. so everytime i deposit $100 and lose i would get 10 dollar bonus. i than deposited 100 or 150 and played.. im pretty sure it took me ages to get a big enough bank roll to start playing max bet. well it got approved so im pretty sure i made the wagering requirement or close to it.

i made my withdraw (i reverse most of my withdraw except for 1) on the 17th apparently it got approved on the 21st and im still waiting for the payment. so it's going to take roughly bout 2 weeks. this is the main reason why im bitching is cause if they can't provide the fast processing service and they shouldn't advertise it. to me thats misleading and falsely advertising. and i wanted others to know.

ban me? isn't this a forum where people can voice their opinions. have you people have any issues that you had to personally deal with their staff? or all of you are basing this "credited" casino base on reviews on this forum?
you do know that the online gamblers that participate on this forums are only a very small percentage of all the online gamblers.

so what about the percentage of those players who have been mistreated by casino's who has not voiced their opinions on this forum due to
1) dont know about this
2) can't be bothered
3) not worth the hassle.
yits still has not responded to me via private messages.

Guts (or any casino for that matter) aren't perfect, but have certainly built up a very good reputation over the last few years out of nowhere. I'm sure it's nothing that can't be sorted out by them that they haven't dealt with before.

So less of the Guts- bashing, please. It's hard enough getting a few good casinos out there that are trustworthy!

so they waited till now 10 days later to ask for my neteller when it was a bankwire transfer.

if you guys love guts so much, wait till this happens to you.

on another serious note. believe it or not. i had another big win today. i did what yits said and requested for my reverse withdraw to be lock.
yet again me being me i coudln't help myself and asked for reverse withdraw.
and they let me.

so who's going to be accountable for this.

FYI Guts gets its shitstorms just like any other casino which is not up to par of the accreditation standards, we are surely not an easy to please crowd.

What I do not understand is that you are SOOOOOO unhappy with Guts yet you still play there, asking for punishment eh??

Flushing a withdrawal does not lock it. It only means that it goes straight into the payment queue instead of being visible as reversible. You can still have your withdrawal reversed until they actually process it.

And learn some discipline FFS, we are not that interested in your failures to have some patience until your withdrawals are processed. Posting then on here to complain about it is not cool.

As for the payment delays i will wait for Yits to post his side of the story. If the delay is due to their fault then i am sure Yits will compensate you appropriately.

FYI, dealing with this kind of problems in private is from my experience much more effective, but then that is me. Shouting around half truths and lies through forums won't do you any favors.

And please watch your language, nobody here is a monkey. If in doubt read the posting rules, though reading your posts i am not sure that you feel the need to follow them. I can assure you that new members with an attitude and posting style/language like yours won't last long on this forum. The ban hammer will come down quick enough, no doubt.

Yes sorry I do apologise for my rudeness. Just a bit frustrated with each time I go onto live chat and get a different answer each time. Yits hasn't been much of help in pm as well.

Yits did say "but if you feel it is challenging for you to resist the urge to cancel pending WDs, then please request a note be added to your account that would make it impossible to cancel an enqueued withdrawal. That way, even if come on chat to request it be cancelled - we will refuse to do so, as per your own precautionary request. I know of payers who do this as a precaution, and I currently have two WDs totaling €900 pending at two casinos who require documentation etc..."

You need to chill out - and I mean right now. We have a no-tolerance policy for people who post complaints. This is due to players abusing this forum and the iGaming reps with bullshit.

You were required to contact the Guts iGaming rep immediately when posting your first complaint, AND you are obligated to keep your complaint free from acerbic language - AND to be truthful with all points of your complaint.
