Guts withdraw process time??

Good day all,

I been playing on guts regularly and the reason why I play there is cause I heard of the fast withdraw process that it's known for.
My first withdraw of $900 took about a few hours if I remember correctly. This time I had a big win and I made a withdraw late Friday night. It is now a Sunday night and still nothing. I have also asked them in live chat many times asking them to please process my withdraws. I would get replies of "our account departments will do it asap", one even said "they are busy and will do it on Monday". It seems like they are purposely stalling the process for whatever reasons.

Is this normal or do I have the right to be angry??
 
If it is really big , maybe they need check something.

If everything is ok, they will pay for sure. Sometimes over 2300 € withdraws can take 1-2days, if there is something routine checking.

No worries.

Or you can try to contact Yits. The Guts rep. He is at monday in Office.
 
well why is it known for it's "FAST PROCESSING TIME", when it's just like the other casinos. i wish people would stop falsely advertising services which are obviously not offered.

i also requested many times for them to flush my withdraws. it's been 3 nights now, this is ridiculous.

screw guts, i really dont like it like especially when one of the senior host on saturday daytime saids "the account department is to busy, they do it on monday".

so pretty much that contradicts what all the other host says "they do as soon as possible". clearly when she said they do it on monday, they weren't planning to even process my withdraw till monday.

Guts has a structure in place as to how much somebody can authorize for payment.

Simple CS agents - up to 300
Pitboss - 500
etc etc.

Hence i think that there is simply nobody present this weekend who can authorize your high amount and it will be done Monday morning which is usually pretty sharpish between 8.30-9.00am.
 
According to what they have told me, thy have a dedicated department that works 7 days, and your telling me that they don't have at least one person there to authorise the withdraw. I highly doubt that.

A mate of mine had a huge win before on jackpot city, and in 3 days of the withdraw the money was in his bank. That is jackpot city for crying out loud.

This is guts supposively one of the best out there. They have no loyalty point system a shitty 10% bonus, like what is there so good bout guts? I thought ok they must of spent there money elsewhere to improve services. Well this is obviously not the case.

I even tested the water first by making a first withdraw to see what they are like. That was fine but than this time "yeh we are busy right now we do yours as soon as possible" or "we do yours on Monday". That sounds to me like they are being selective.

Maybe they should change their motto to "guts we are full of shit"

Well I just want people to know not to bother with guts they are terrible. They had this casino trivia promo going on for 1 month and the leader board score was not updated for over 2 weeks. And each time I ask them they said it be fix by the next day. I ask like everyday for over 1 week "yeh it be fixed by tomorrow guaranteed"

They are hopeless.

What's a good proper casino with fast payments ?

Has anybody else has a big win with guts? Mind sharing your experience?
 
It may also depend on your method of withdrawal. For instance, bank wires might be handled on Mondays as they won't go anywhere anyway if processed on a weekend.

I don't know how large "large" is. In June I had a withdrawal of 5K processed back to ewallet within a few hours.
 
- Guts payment team works 8am - 10pm. Any withdrawals during this time are paid within a few hours, mostly less than 2rs.
- Other hours - CS agents can pay withdrawals up to 300, pit bosses up to 500, anything else has to wait until the next day.
- Any withdrawal above 1K needs extra approval. Maybe due to the holiday season they are short staffed and hence the bigger ones are all pushed to Monday.

Rest assured it will be paid on Monday.

I am not a super fan of Guts either. They excluded my country from pretty much all promotions but happily take deposits without bonuses. So i help them finance the promos but can't take part.
 
I agree, Guts should process all withdrawals very swiftly, including weekends - waiting for more than 48-72 hours is unacceptably by their and pretty anyone's standards here at CM. Also, flushing can only be done by the Accounts Dept. if it involves higher amounts, and apparently they haven't come around to even do that...

Try Video Slots, they are really fast, so I heard, but I've not managed to find the cashout button yet.:D
 
Well i wish I knew bout this before hand cause I reverse everything already. I know my flaws so I wanted to play where there was fast approval. via word of mouth and forums such as this all I hear is praise bout guts. Mate it's the 3rd night now this is shit mate.
I definitely won't be coming back to play with them, I still don't know why they get such high praises

Try Videoslots, Betat or Redbet. Had many big withdrawals between 3K-20K paid in less than 10 minutes - 1 hour, even on weekends.

The reason why i know about Guts payments is that i had the same issue just 2 months ago. Made 1 withdrawal for 1K during working hours and it was paid in just over 1 hour. Kept playing and managed a second one, slightly over 1K, and it sat there until next day 08.30am, was in my Neteller account at 08.36am.

Of course I talked as well to CS and got the answers i posted here.
 
Well that is strange, one of my withdraw is being bank process. So they do have the means to do it and they just being stalling on purpose and why couldn't they do my other withdraw as well before I reverse it.

I think you need to calm Down. They are not cheating you.

They will pay it. If there isnt nothing other reasons to be waiting approval..

No point blaming the casino for your lack of willpower. You could have chosen to take a break for a few days until all is paid.

You might want to have a look at Rizk casino, they just introduced a LOCK function for withdrawals. That would help you in the future.

that is why i took measures when playing like looking for a reliable fast processing casino.

i've read around from this forum that they usually do it within a few hours.

i even tried a 1st withdraw attempt to his how prompt they are.

im just disappointed that it took them 3 nights to even look at my withdraw, and trust me i regularly go on chat and ask them.

mate i love to gamble i know that, but i expect service from them if i play on their casinos.

all of you should know tactics of the casino's delay delay and chances are the punter will get itchy fingers and reverse.

i expected more from them, but in the end they are just like all the other mg base casinos minimum 3 days till process finishes.

well at least the other casino's offers reward and loyalty points. guts you get nothing

Sorry to say this but i think you have a gambling problem in general. You would have blown the withdrawals by re-depositing at Guts or different casinos because it seems you been on the dreaded 'winners high' where you start chasing even bigger wins until reality sets in and you lost most or all of your withdrawals.

I can only recommend you to set deposit/loss limits on all your casino accounts to avoid such situations in the future.

Nothing worse than winning a sizeable amount and then blowing it all back in frustration but please teach yourself some self-control for this kind of situations. Setting-up some limits on your accounts would be a first step.

You should get paid within the next 5 hours whatever is left of your withdrawals :rolleyes:

Sorry you feel you have had a bad experience. You of course have some qualms here that are ostensibly pretty understandable - and I would like to be able to explain where you have unfortunately gone wrong - plus outline somethings we can and hopefully will, do better.

I've duly had a look at your account and chat history and can see 2 key things that need to be pointed out:

1) Many times your enqueued WD surpassed the hour time limit whereupon you can no longer cancel it yourself. You contacted support umpteen amount of times to manually cancel your WDs and then subsequently would play and re-enqueue. A large WD is not usually something they will be able to manually process - but if you feel it is challenging for you to resist the urge to cancel pending WDs, then please request a note be added to your account that would make it impossible to cancel an enqueued withdrawal. That way, even if come on chat to request it be cancelled - we will refuse to do so, as per your own precautionary request. I know of payers who do this as a precaution, and I currently have two WDs totaling €900 pending at two casinos who require documentation etc... and are checking my bonus play to see if I have adhered to the terms and conditions agreed upon. I can cancel these withdrawals at any time (and must confess I feel the urge to - it's human) but I am staying in control and patiently waiting. I do not feel I need this precaution I suggested, but others may do and I strongly encourage you to follow this route.

2) The checks I mention for my pending WDs are relevant to the second point - your bonus play was completely in breach of our general bonus rules. Occasionally we make exceptions (more often we come to some kind of friendly agreement) for first-time breaches, but you would not have been able to withdraw all those winnings as they were. For bonus and locked money play during the pursuit of wagering requirement completion - unless you have a bespoke deal with our loyalty department and/or myself - the max bet allowed per game round is no more than €7.50 - soon we shall be automatically sending out a warning message to anyone who overbets (it's under dev) but until then the onus is upon yourselves to read terms and conditions (the bonus terms are dead simple, and very clearly written - they are not in any way cryptic nor hidden from public eyes) and if in any way unsure, quickly pop the question to support over live chat - it's but a few minutes of chatting that can smoothen the procedure of depositing, getting bonused & withdrawing for all time at a casino. Now I do feel CS (if they happened to notice the terms breach - which I don't think they did) should have warned you that this was the case, but I still need to chase with them if anyone noticed but was afraid to mention it to you.

So, to sum up, we are going to improve the ''in your face'' signposting (for want of a better word) and we'll also try to squeeze in the ability to flush withdrawals immediately, so that you are completely unable to cancel them yourself immediately following the request of a WD.

Please PM me if you wish - I'll be glad to have a personal powwow about this if you so desire.

Should have doubted the story from the start as he just kept going on about it. Truly shocking that he couldn't wait for more than a few hours and yet again proof that any newbie post should be treated with a BIIIIG grain of salt. :D

If I were a CS agent, I'd make any 'whingers' wait extra time on purpose!

Also if these 'whingers' popped onto my chat for a comp request - I'd grace them with FS on Starburst every time, lines = 1, coin size 0.01, coins 1, spins 1 :D - Enjoy!
