So we've been through a lot with Guts in the last few years - some incredible, some that we have learned a lot from, but we did agree to keep you updated
The Guts site has always been pretty bold - we've stuck with the original design pretty much since launch. We believed you deserved a fresher site. Once we began, our excitement drove us on, and we've built a totally new site - and it is very different....we are being too modest, much better than our current site experience.
So we wanted to give you a preview here first
Firstly, as you can see, dropped the Black theme - it's a bit old and heavy now, and we wanted to brighten the site up - so the new one uses a white background - and the overall site is all about bold colours:
We've addressed some of our customer concerns around bonus management and created a cool rewards section where you find all your bonuses and free spins - and use them when you choose to.
We've redesigned the lobby to showcase featured content better, made categories easier to browse, and introduced an all-new Live Casino home page.
We've also added a news section, where we'll post articles and information on what is going on at Guts. Our very attractive new Promotions section - full height banners that we are confident will showcase our promotional package in a really impactful way.
Importantly, nothing about existing accounts will change. All usernames/passwords/consents/KYC etc are kept exactly the same to ensure your gaming experience remains smooth.
We are still fixing up some last updates, and we know that once we launch we will have a few small teething issues to address - hopefully, all cosmetic. We've tested and tested, and we can see no more blocker issues - but obviously, there is no substitute for testing live - so we can't rule them out.
Tomorrow, we will have all colleagues within in the office and dedicated to this launch. We'll do it early in the morning to make sure there are as few logged in users as possible (as they will be automatically logged out of the old site while we do it).
This is one of the most exciting changes ever to happen to Guts - and many of you have been with us since we started. So, of course, we want you to log in and experience it as early as possible.
We can't give you early access because it will be a ‘hard switch over’ - however you will initially receive 10 FS on your first log in (check T&C below)
