I was just playing at Guts and it logged me off the casino.
Now, when I try to enter Guts it comes up with a page in a different language.
It seems all links get redirected to this page, anyone else having this problem?

Upon further experimentation trying a different browser worked.

all smooth and Ok here.

try the usual: close browser, clear cache and history.

I know, we all heard it before, but in 90% of the cases it fixes the problem.

I think an affiliate somehow hijacked my browser as I can see the word "referrer" in the url.
Pretty shocking tactics.

explanation

Hi guys,

Sorry to get back to you all so late.

Firstly, @Petro, I promise you nothing of the nature you describe is in play - we are far too overworked and busy to cook up anything even remotely as sinister

Our SEO manager had set up a redirect for certain, organic traffic coming from locations in Norway, and we were going to A/B test which route the selected customers seemed to like better. Nothing malicious, just to try and improve our site and keep the landing punters engaged.

At the same time, I was sitting more or less alone in the office, updating the next day's Xmas trivia content (by the way, if you're not involved, get on it now. Free spins just for answering questions...no strings attached :)). As I cleared site cache to put the changes into place, it triggered this A/B test redirect for very selected traffic to go live for everyone, myself included.

A good 25 minutes of panic ensued, and after getting all the relevant people to look at it, the code had opened up the redirect for everyone, in error. My awesome colleagues ran to the rescue from their various locations and fixed it.

Sorry for the disturbance this caused, and please PM me if you suffered any financial disadvantage. Apologies on behalf of the whole Guts team.

Yits
