they closed my account for no reason and are not willing to pay
my 200 euros .

what on earth happened ? i dont know

i was a loyalty customer since 2014 and now they banned me and
stole my money.

i have no chance to get it. i have sent them all my documents. i was
verified and a loyalty player and now the girl in the live chat closed my
account just because i asked when they think about to pay me.

all i want is my 200 euros and let me go.

Aye I've played at, paid at and been paid by the best of em and most of the rest of them. As far as licensed casino groups go, they tend to be pretty near the head of the pack in most races and miles ahead in others. Sure each may have individual perks or quirks, but it's like staying in a specific chain of hotels when you travel, you have a general idea of what to expect and what is expected before ever setting foot on property

Right - so you've posted the whole list of MT Secure sites, called them 'criminal' and recommended the CM readership doesn't play at any of them because you have a 200euro dispute, the details of which you've been very sparing with and despite the warning you received HERE. Really?

If you have a valid dispute then do what you were asked and contact the relevant rep BEFORE posting this kind of vitriol - while you've still got a chance to, which may be very brief if you post any more of this inflammatory stuff.

How about reading and abiding by the rules like the rest of the membership? Explain what the problem is and contact the rep. Quite acting like a douche.

Admin note: doing the member a favor and changing the title of the thread from "...thieves." to "...problems." There are few i-gaming reps who will entertain slanted and derogatory threads like that.

@liberec - that was your last favor from me.

and every single player should avoid them in future.

I'll have to assume there's more to this, but if there's not, you've options.
Pm the rep as suggested (and/or flag the rep to your thread) if you havent already.
If you find the rep is unresponsive, pm Bryan.
If you have legitimate funds in your acct you can open a PAB

And lastly, while I'm not privvy to all details, I wouldnt necessarily be hanging this on the entire group as they've different management teams

But it all seems rather...off. Besides being award winning and accredited, the 2 casinos in particular have nary a complaint in the forum. In fact, for myself, I've had the least issues with GUTS inassofar as funds and balances.

What you're saying may be legitimate - but I'm certain if you follow the proper procedures for issues like this, you and the membership will be far better informed.

You do realize that it is a effing weekend, right? And I have given you ample time to follow the forum rules which you have totally ignored. If you are having this much difficulty following instructions, then you should not be using the Internet to gamble. Please take your business elsewhere.

1) you were supposed to contact the Casino rep - you didn't
2) you are to post complaints tactfully without insulting language - you haven't
3) I warned you twice about this - so this is your third warning.

Three strikes! you're outta here!
