Guts ranking

manchester,
I am shocked to see guts, has such a high ranking. having played there and won. waited over 2 days for docs to be approved and withdrawal to be processed. this seems excessive. no phone support. also considering they charge for deposits and withdrawals. I just fail to see the high rank that they have.

I personally don't see a problem with 2 days for doc approval and WD especially if first time WD. Mine were same day I believe, but there's a myriad of reasons docs can be held up or put to scrutiny (different or unfamiliar, staff away/sick, weekend, current high load of docs in the queue).
Charges for deps and WDs may be present - they also happen to have wager-free free spins.
They've also 24 hr live chat, email support, the rep is always a pm away and frankly, always pay.
IMO, the rank is well-deserved

Its one of the best casino to hit the market, Active reps that will break there back to help you out, I tend not to use live help but when i do they are great,

There is a small fee for transactions but well worth it, Like been said free spins are free with no wager, 2 days is not really that long, Also it is weekend, Be patent and I will guarantee that it will be mooney well spent, You will have no trouble with this out fit

I have not said I had trouble with them. I am expressing an opinion of my experience with them. it wasn't 2 days it was over 2 days I had to wait for approval and then it was done in parts my address was approved first then waited another few days for the rest of my docs. I never once suspected or thought they were cheating me. never felt the need to contact the rep. but my experience is that I would not rank them that highly.

I did not say you had trouble with them? I said you will get no trouble with them :)

I appreciate people voices as this is what forums are about, They have a good score for a reason

I admit the ranking system isn't perfect but bear in mind it's automated and most importantly, is designed to be a comparative ranking system, benchmarked against the other casinos.

As far as players go, no casino is perfect unfortunately: they all have their foibles and the reason the ratings are automated is to base it on facts rather than opinion which being subjective can unfairly rank one casino over another. And also varies depending on a player's circumstances, location etc

Additionally, it is worth noting that there are no accurate timings available for the speed that casinos perform ID checks because again, every player can be different, so these are not factored into the ratings system. It takes into account a number of static factors and reports such as licensing jurisdiction, years in operation, averaged cash-out speeds from member reports, games choice etc.

It's all highly subjective. Personally my first session at Guts had a large profit of 1700-odd and was paid nearly immediately. Like others here I've met Ben and he is dedicated to being at the peak of player satisfaction and CS. Free spins with no WR on the winnings, promos and decent WR on bonuses, big selection of games and fast pay-outs. Did the OP win at the weekend, thus slowing the KYC? Do other casinos have slower KYC at weekends if that were the case? Guts won a top CM prize last year voted for by us in the CAG and that was for a good reason.

I play at Betsafe too and last week had a w/d almost instantly processed and the week before on a weekend one took 14 hours. Still doesn't make them a bad casino does it?

It seems many here consider fast w/d's the be-all and end-all of a 'good' casino. I have fast w/d's at SkyVegas, yet was shafted recently by their misleading T&C's for a promotion they ran (since reworded correctly.) The rep ignored me and those that contributed also. So would I rate SV above Guts? Absolutely not, although the 'instant w/d brigade' well might. Look at Casino Cruise and other EM sites that pay ultra-fast, yet have been exposed for ripping off winning players unknowingly SE'd from another EM casino.

So please understand w/d's aren't everything. 32red are second or third highest-rated because of a 24hrs. pending, but lead the way on just about everything else. Would you rather win at a casino that WILL pay you in 12/24/48 hours or win at one that MAY pay you within the hour or not at all?

Remember, a first withdrawal or withdrawal after a request for KYC takes longer at most casinos.

P.S. Speak of the devil! Take a look at this just now...

I have never said guts were a bad casino, I expressed an opinion at their rating, given my experience with them. I have been paid. And in a timely manner. It was other aspects of my dealings with them that I could not understand. And still don't. That said I would not hesitate to play there again, or at most of the casinos in the accredited list had I the time.

gut is one of the best out there and if they are taking time they may have their reasons, have you on your part submitted everything correctly?? nonetheless.....our money should be safe there....
