Guts has clearly lost its way.

Had threads about it before but just got very unhelpful support myself.

Absolute joke that they are making people thats accounts are already verified reverify spouting the £2300 limit. Do they not realise that that means the account has to be verified by that amount not that they need to keep reverifying everyone thats over that limit.

And unlike before when live chat could help with your documents and check they are okay you just get the response that security will check them within 72 hours . So needless to say its a long wait to have to resend them since it always takes me several attempts lol. Sorry but Guts is just going from bad to worse and thats from someone you never see complaining about casinos

I used to use guts alot but I just realised I havent deposited their in about 18 months so they must have done something to annoy me.

I had a brief glance at the accredited sidebar the other day, and although I rarely ever play there and admire how Guts established themselves as a top casino I do believe that 9.8 is shockingly high, and the score needs to reflect their slight decline over the last couple of years :cool:

Probably best to flag Bryan if you think a rating change is warranted.
I think near everyone agrees long gone are the salad days from when Ben ran the show.
But I still don't ever worry that Ill not be paid, they run promos and have bonuses and are still a good outfit.

For sure they're still good and reputable, just not near perfect as that score would indicate. I found my brief dalliance with CS to be 'unremarkable', even if not on the "Fredrik" level :)confused:), but as for bonuses and promos they have been lacklustre for a while now.

I firmly believe that they have written off a number of their customers in that regard, and to maintain top accreditation they have to stay on top of their game at all times :cool:

Fredrik is usually very kindly. One of the oldest senior agents ( loyalty team ) . It takes hole of my angry idiot bs language to get him of the kindly way of chatting. :)

Most of you know about my complaint regarding gameplay;), but I started playing there again this week, managed to increase my balance from a $25 deposit to $270 - asked a CSR to flush my withdrawal (around 01.00 hours) and I received it in about 3 hours (or less) into my Neteller account.

Games run better, although a bit jerky at times but I hope this will be gone too by the time they remove the dougnut bar. In short, a decent session and quick withdrawal.:D

I don't think player experience is rated here at Casinomeister. It seem to be most about if/how fast they pay, promos on the forum etc. If you want to find a casino where you will get a good player experience, it's probably better to use the search engine on the forums, rather than looking at the ratings.

I've always felt that frontline support at Guts was pretty good. In fact, when I closed my account, I made sure to thank them and say it was not because of any problems at that level.

Sometimes if they are unable to produce the result you want, they might just repeat themselves, or maybe suggest you email for further help. I've never found any of them rude.

Without the chat, I'm not sure how the OP was treated.

The OP had filed a PAB with about as much information as their original post here. I reminded them that they were expected to read the PAB FAQ which includes section 1.2 ("Under what circumstances would my PAB NOT be accepted"), item number 9:

the crux of your PAB is "they were mean/rude/disrespectful/unfriendly/curt/abrupt/unneighbourly to me and/or behaved in some other manner I didn't appreciate. I want you to make them apologise/give me stuff/appease me." Sorry, relationship counselling is beyond the scope of the PAB process; PABs based on such issues will be rejected.

PAB closed.

The casino people say they'll look into it. I've asked them to contact the player for further discussions.

...and I should maybe not make fun of someone just because they can't express themselves correctly. Sorry! ..but it was fun.
