    hi all I am looking for some help here I won 2450 euro through guts.com and they wont pay out the keep rejecting my proof of address BUT they have already paid out into this bank account and I have sent them emails and through the chat option and still no joy 2450euro is a lot of money to me and I am looking for help to see what I can do to get my money ????

    Just try to send another proof of address if you have something dated within the last 3 months

    You're not giving us much here to go on with ..

    If you're gonna say that they're rejecting your proof of address, you might want to add the WHY .. Surely Guts is giving you a reason?

    Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if it ended being something like '' we need a photo of physical proof of address '' type of shenanigans some casinos try to pull these days. Some people, myself included, literally get zero physical bills these days. All of my bills are online, and some casinos have proven to be quite problematic when trying to explain that all I can provide them is an '' e-bill '' so to speak .. One of these days I'll surely have to photoshop the e-bill, then print it out to make it look like a real, physical bill -_-

    That sounds familiar. Actually I already did that once and it worked fine! I printed it out, folded it a few times, took a picture and sent it and then it was accepted :)

    And for the topic starter: Guts is quite trust worthy so pretty sure they will help out.

    Typical useless post...... comes to CM, doesn't read the posting rules for complaints, posts about an accredited casino, not giving clear explanations, never logs back in for 2 days to see if somebody helped although that money is sooooo important to him/her (didn't check profile for that)

    Not worth my breath to try and help. :rolleyes:

    It's not like we see new 'members' register on CM and make their first post about some whiny apparent misfortune that has befallen them.

    I am truly shocked. Maybe they ought to pull their finger out and find out for themselves, it's not rocket-science. It's just a basic KYC with a few poxy photos, we've all had to do it.

    We should have a new section for people that love to slag off well-established and reputable casinos and can't be arsed with anything. We'll call it "Why is life so unfair, will somebody wipe my backside" section. Saves me reading the same newbie tripe over and over :eek:
