    Has anyone else had trouble with chat? I tried yesterday and today, I can see a person come in, but I can't see them say anything and if I ask something I don't get a response. I'm wondering if it's something from my end or if it's affecting anyone else. I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and I *think* my flash player is up to date. Can anyone check and see if they're about to get through to a chat person? Thanks!

    I had that problem also before. Check your flash & script settings. Or change browser.

    Strangely enough, I had the same problem as you only the opposite effect. Most of the time it does not work on Maxthon or Chrome, but it works every time via Firefox (38.0.1).

    It can take 10-15 minutes to get a reply.

    I guess they are really busy which is a good sign for them, but perhaps they need to employ a few extra staff to cope. :)

    Hi all,

    We had some issues with the LiveChat recently after the migration, but it should be more stable now. I will try to find out why some are not getting the messages or its not responding at time to time, as its definitely not something that we want to burden our players with. It should be smooth as butter.

    Please PM me if there are not responding and ill be able to pinpoint them better. However some I should already be able to locate with the information you have given above.

    If it helps you at all, the delay I had was in between messages.

    For example, the initial reply was after 2-3 minutes, but the next reply took 10-12 minutes. This is why I felt it may have been caused my the operator being too busy :) I apologise if this was inaccurate.

    I would just like to add that the reason I was contacting support was because the "double deal" free spins were not added 7 out of the last 8 times I was eligible. Support credited them manually so it's all good, but I believe the issue is related to deposits made between 00:01 and 01:01. Your system sees a deposit made at 00:30 as being 23:30. I'm sure 99% of players have never experience this issue.

    Betspin had the same issue, but they have corrected this by delaying the daily rewards to start at 01:01 instead of 00:01.
