guts casino complaint

Received some of the monies today.

Made a deposit of £25 so expected £25. Alas only £23 was refunded:

I must say that this refund has been a fiasco from the word go and I can't be asked to contact Guts again to chase the other £2.

So, Yits (who I have made aware of this post) - please do the right thing and donate the £2 plus whatever you think is sufficient as compensation to:

Really disappointed how this has been dealt with by Guts and I expected better from an accredited casino.

Sorry just jumping onto CM between others - I'll take it internally - the missing £2 sounds like a payments oversight and my best guess is a fee was charged, although all these refunds should expressly not be charged a fee, and any fees paid need to be compensated to the customer!

I know they will not have done it on purpose, but it's annoying and comes across badly! We'll donate to £25 to charity in this case, seeing as we cannot send you £2 and as mentioned before I cannot provide you with additional funds due to your account status (although I can check on that again) at least we can do something here, for someone.

I am out of town the next 5 days, so will login again tonight to handle some outstanding PMs and go through this thread again. I'll ask Ben and Tony to keep an eye out in my absence if they can.

Yes, you aren't the only one left out by this - I apologize. We recently migrated payment gateway and this was disabled, although I do believe it might be brought back in the future. It's unfortunate, but the method was simply not supported at present by them if I recall correctly. You have no other payment methods you would be willing to use? Perhaps we could help you along with advice regarding which available method would be best for you in the meantime?

My issue with them is they suddenly removed ecopayz from the list of depositing options and I havent played there since.

Is EcoPayz gone for everyone? I ask because last Friday I won a little on the weekend deposit free spins. I requested a withdrawal to EcoPayz, but a few hours later it was cancelled and returned to my account. Support said it was a technical error and to try to withdraw again. I did and several hours later it was cancelled again. This time support said to try a different method to withdraw. I don't have credit cards so I tried Paysafe but it gave me an error too. Finally I gave up and just played it out. I just checked and EcoPayz is still listed as a deposit and withdrawal option in my cashier. So I guess I just want to confirm what's going on before I deposit again. Don't want to win and not be able to get my money without waiting days for a bank transfer (banks end not Guts). Thanks tons for any help in this. CHEERS

Yeah, that is very unprofessional by Betspin to ask players to close their account that way.

If you are going to close an account then make sure its closed. Ive noticed recently casinos are asking how closed do you want it..lol Im closing many accounts now days, i dont even allow casinos spin we even the slightest of crap or excuses anymore. Close it, move on, spend your money elsewhere. Let the casinos you closed accounts on , spend millions in advertising to get you back when you where already there.
