Aussies out there... be warned... of guts casino . You deposit in aus dollars... but you could be playing in euros!!!
Goatwack you beat me to it, lol so here's the short version.
Mountain / molehill
and Barbara I think you'll find Guts has one of the best CS out there, if you think otherwise you must only be a member of their casino alone lol
CS is not merited on the decline of a freebie, I've been told 'no' lots of times after particularly EVIL sessions but I still maintain my manners. They are a casino business at the end of the day and not a charity

Okay dandan I can see your point and why it upsets you. But as its been explained why It happens then theres nothing that can be done so no point keeping going on about it as its not really that big a deal.
Barbara so they have worst CS out just because you never got a bonus after losing. Hardly makes it bad CS. From dealing with them personally I would say they are one of best CS there is.
Now to something that's confusing me. I saw it says play and go games are only available in euro and no other currency. Was that just meaning that theres no $s and that's why it goes to euros. Just wondering as my account is £ and the games play in £s and never goes to euros.
Your still playing in AUD, only not when you choose Play'n GO games.. as soon as you switch to those games your balance is converted to EUR, then, when you get out of the game your money is still there, in AUD, you really don't get that?
It's only at Guts I have this problem though, everywhere else that offers Play 'N Go games (and AUD currency as an option) has the Play 'N Go games in AUD.
I've told Guts before and they said it wasn't right and they'd look into it.
another thread that could have been the OP and one reply
NextCasino also does the same thing with Play'N'Go games - converts AUD to Euro. So chances are other casinos and providers might have the same thing happening too.
I never saw it as a real issue though. In fact I kind of welcome it because a bigger win in euro means more value for the win but the opposite is true too. Regardless you will be withdrawing in AUD. Would be nice if you could set your own currency before playing a certain slot.
Tis 4 AM here in Melbourne, my dog just poo'd all over my carpet so thanks for this thread
