Aussies out there... be warned... of guts casino . You deposit in aus dollars... but you could be playing in euros!!!

Okay dandan I can see your point and why it upsets you. But as its been explained why It happens then theres nothing that can be done so no point keeping going on about it as its not really that big a deal.

Barbara so they have worst CS out just because you never got a bonus after losing:confused:. Hardly makes it bad CS. From dealing with them personally I would say they are one of best CS there is.

Now to something that's confusing me. I saw it says play and go games are only available in euro and no other currency. Was that just meaning that theres no $s and that's why it goes to euros. Just wondering as my account is £ and the games play in £s and never goes to euros.

Goatwack you beat me to it, lol so here's the short version.

Mountain / molehill :eek::eek:

and Barbara I think you'll find Guts has one of the best CS out there, if you think otherwise you must only be a member of their casino alone lol

CS is not merited on the decline of a freebie, I've been told 'no' lots of times after particularly EVIL sessions but I still maintain my manners. They are a casino business at the end of the day and not a charity

Well said. Always amazes me when someone judges a casino and calls em crap based on 1 loosing session and the fact they did not comp them! And why should they its one Depo. And to get a few hours play on 100 is pretty good going in my book. One of the best CS out there. Some people expect something for nothing! It dont work like that.

Your still playing in AUD, only not when you choose Play'n GO games.. as soon as you switch to those games your balance is converted to EUR, then, when you get out of the game your money is still there, in AUD, you really don't get that?

Eh yes it is a big deal!!!

AS for Barbara ... well really that's a huge whinge. I would never complain about CS. Top notch!!!

You are a funny bugger hey

Oh I get that ... ...

I would like to be told when my currency is changing. Unlike so many gambling experts here... not all know this... some of us are just dumb arse aussies hey

Due to the OP's insufferable plight, a few of us have had a secret whip round and amassed a total of 5 Aussie Dollars for them to splurge at Guts on ANY Play N Go Slot of their choice!!!

*amount is in Euros and amounts to 3.54

It's only at Guts I have this problem though, everywhere else that offers Play 'N Go games (and AUD currency as an option) has the Play 'N Go games in AUD.

I've told Guts before and they said it wasn't right and they'd look into it.

Oh that's so clever... I came in here asking a question... but if you want to give me 5 dollars... or would that be 5 pounds... or 5 euros...

That could mean a lot to some ppl!

Thanks matey for listening and understanding too where I'm coming from

another thread that could have been the OP and one reply

Since you are having a go at me... which thread?

NextCasino also does the same thing with Play'N'Go games - converts AUD to Euro. So chances are other casinos and providers might have the same thing happening too.

I never saw it as a real issue though. In fact I kind of welcome it because a bigger win in euro means more value for the win but the opposite is true too. Regardless you will be withdrawing in AUD. Would be nice if you could set your own currency before playing a certain slot.

Tis 4 AM here in Melbourne, my dog just poo'd all over my carpet so thanks for this thread :p

I do find it an issue... I like to be informed...

but I sympathise... I got a foster dog who pee's everywhere!

Ok Dandan - we get it. You're upset for the currency switching. And I feel by now we understand your pain.

Thread upgraded to closed because it's just a five page rant going nowhere but in a circle. If anyone has a problem with this, please let me know.
