So yet again, I make a deposit at Guts, Have done around 8 out of the last 10 days and I'm starting to wonder why, I deviate from DoA at some point and try TS2.
All hell breaks loose before I've played 10 spins, predictably, I get an error. So I refresh the game, again, before another 10 spins are up I get another error - a different one.
So I go back to DoA, all will be good, right, as it was playing ok before, wrong. Game unavailable all of a sudden. Amongst other errors.
I know people say it isn't Gut's fault and it's the platform etc, but at what point should we say enough is enough and they should actually complain or say something?
I play at Redbet too, don't get half as many errors there as I do at Guts. It's getting beyond a joke tbh.
I hate complaining, really I do, but the casino industry is the only industry where you seem to pay for a service yet it's allowed to have issue after issue with no comeuppance.
If I paid for food that gave me food poisoning, questions would be asked.
If I paid for a TV service such as sky or Virgin that had as many issues as Guts did, as regularly as they did, questions would be asked.
Yet Casinos time and time again, flash based casinos especially have issues - and they happen time and time again, and nothing ever gets fixed.
And that goes for certain MG casinos too, including 32Red. Its getting beyond a joke.
