Guts has never been awful to me, their customer service was always polite because I am polite and that's what you got to be.
I do miss playing there as they do not accept Australians anymore
It saddens me that Guts seems to be the target lately and its going on and on.
I feel sorry for Rosie having to put up with some rude knuckleheads.
I just hope one day I can play there again as I had nothing but great experience there and nothing negative to say
