Having issues with this casino currently.
I been playing at many Direx NV casinos and never had issues before with getting my money, especially in my currency...
My issue:
I deposited using Neteller in ZAR currency, and claimed the welcome bonus, I completed bonus wagering and now stuck with over 7000 ZAR.
There is no withdrawal options available as in any, as soon as I change my currency to Euro, all withdrawal methods are available.
They said I need to activate by making minimum deposit using VISA for the option to appear there, I send them proof my bank decline depositing using my VISA card to online gambling sites, however I can upload funds to e-wallet.
They keep on insisting, Visa is the only way, surely any casino should have bank transfer as an alternative right? I am fighting with them with no luck at all!
The Fact is Visa should list as withdrawal method and be gryed out untill I make a deposit right? The fact that I do not see any withdrawal method in greyd out status, means it might not even activate should I make deposit. besides similar like the withdrawal methods for Euro that is greyd out, Visa should appear like that.
