I would like to know your opinion and advice for the following withdrawal at GTbets.eu
I have requested payout of $400 on May 30 via option Bitcoin as this is currently only available and free option (without fees) for the withdrawal. Gambling and betting is in USD currency on GTbets.eu

The problem is I have received only $381.12 (value at the time of transaction).

0.72715374 BTC is the sum credited to my wallet on Blockchain and was worth $381.12 at that time.
Address below mine which received 0.06721444 BTC or $35.23 is not related to my Blockchain wallet.
I don't know which address is it - maybe of theirs service provider.
My opinion is that I should received approximately $400 (I would tolerate up to 1% less).
But their support stuff repeatedly claim that 0.72715374 BTC at the time processed was worth $400.
As I have received more than 20 withdrawals via Bitcoin from various casinos and sources to my wallet on Blockchain, I don't think they are right. All except this one were correct (considering 1% margin).
Even the previous withdrawal at GTbets on April 7 was correct - I have requested $350 via Bticoin, and received $349.52 at the
time of transaction, and that is ok to me:
I don't want to complain against them yet as they were fair and fast about payments before, just interested if they could be right this time or not.
So what do you think about this? Thanks
