Another casino that hides behind the n1 interactive liscence. After opening chat support... ah f..... its spinia’s insane support.
Telling me lies about any nonsense that they can think of. I just want to cashout 75$ from a 30$ deposit. They ask for impossible bank statements and insta cancel withdrawal requests one after the other.

what a bunch of unprofessional rookies that think I will eventually lose it...

Well 8 hours later, payment was approved without any further question all of a sudden. Managed to clear another bonus related to 20 free spins from first offer. Payment also approved without any other question.

That being said. I am a player at n1 since they opened. And also at 95%of the properties with a n1 liscense and/or direx or dama nv casinos. They know me. Verified everywhere. The only places I avoid? Any casino related to alpha affiliates or playamo partners for many different reasons. It’s the same all around their brands. It starts with support agents that are a tool to create problems by giving false info, being vague on purpose after a clear simple question and insanity regarding verification. Asking for impossible screenshots when a new payment method is involded and casino staff lacks knowloedge, I can understand. But what you did was exactly like what happens at any other casinos mentionned earlier. Ask nonsense, snap cancel withdrawal requests and send 3 vague emails everytime. What do you think happens? People go mad and lose their money back to the casino. I didn’t. What will happen is I will never play again in your casino. I would have never deposited in the first place if you werent so good at hiding who you are related to. You still use the exact same practices, use the same support agents and broke the very little trust I had when I registered. Sorry but I won’t be back. I want a proof of my payment with my name, the name of my bank, the day and time in UTC timezone when the payment was initiated but only if you were in china 2 hours before that and please understand this, I only get paid as per my specific imaginary rules that I will change just a little bit everytime I will cancel your payment. As I said, rules are rules. Even though these rules leave to interpretation and are an excuse to drive customers mad. After your 17th email to try to make sense out of me, you will make one final payment request and I will stop all communication and wait several hours. At the exact moment you will consider your payment lost forever, even thought you paid your customer like all others, you will receive a notification that will leave you speechless. Approved

There was no complaint. Just a terrible practice. Obvious and wrong on every level. All for less than 100$. I know it works. This behavior will always work. If it didnt drive people nuts at the point they just dump the money back fo you, no such things would ever happen.

You agent in chat told me I coulnt cashout my 75$ after the wager was done because it was only my second set of freespins out of the five you issue daily after the first deposit. He then told me I had to wait for the 5th set to be played and then after that I could so such than thing. How misleading and wrong is the goal to reach here? This kind of lies is a routine exchange with this special version of not softswiss agents. Poor customers.

This is what they are doing with me now its been over 60 days and my winning is sitting there in pending they lie and tell me it's coming after numerous of me sending them everything under the moon but what hurts the most and makes me so sick is that I told them from the start I never play with a casino or make any dep unless I am fully verified so I got an email stating that all my id proof of address is approved I made the dep and even won 400 and gave it to me in a timely matter Now my 4000 the run-around and the lies of me trying to get it and f=now their saying they re looking into fraud like what is going on after all this time and Peter from guru is questioning you for what your casino is doing to this player and you come up with their but never say what they are looking into to never will play with them again just want my 4000
