Great Blue Error on slotsmillion

Hey just looking for some feedback from some of you

So for whatever reason, sometimes when you trigger a bonus on great blue on slotsmillion casino you will have an issue. When you click the spin button it automatically gives me this. Sometimes its fine and sometimes it isnt. Its happened to me twice and ive seen another member complain of this.

This does not happen to me anywhere else but here.

Thankfully, I took a screenshot. The bonus was 15 spins at 10x multiplier. As soon as I clicked spin. Bingo. The error.

I was pretty upset when it happened. As we all know its very hard to trigger this bonus so I was excited. I instantly emailed support with the screenshot. It took a couple days for them to get an answer from playtech.

The conclusion is playtech says there is no way to know what the out come was.

I thought once you trigger the bonus the payout is already decided. How can playtech claim they cant track it? Surely they must be able too? I personally find it a little weird. And I find this answer unacceptable.

Anyways, slotsmillion decided to award me $200 free of wagering. My bet was .50. So 400x. Which I find pretty fair from their end... however, we all know the potential that bonus has. And yes sometimes it can also be a bust.

I find playtechs conclusion to this unacceptable. Its their software, they should be able to track it down. Anything I can do about this situation?

Also just want to add when this happened to previous player on this site, they were able to see the outcome and the player was awarded the winnings. Suddenly they cant see mine.

As someone who has played the game quite a lot, I can say that it's a pretty rare issue (at least for me?). I've only had it happen once, and I got the very same reply - outcome can't be determined.

The casino I played at compensated me accordingly, of course, but I do think it's pretty shoddy that Playtech themselves can't resolve something like this. $200 wager free sounds like pretty fair compensation to me, though, I'd be happy with that to be honest.

I can't comment on whether playtech can see the outcome but I am surprised that playtech error messages ask you to email them directly? How bizarre!

That's like a BMW engine warning light saying 'return to factory' rather than to visit the nearest dealership.

I just find it strange they can get the results sometimes but others not?? Here is a response from another thread when it happened to another player. They were able to see the outcome but now they suddenly cant see mine

I am happy that 400x was awarded. Because there is a pretty good chance I didnt even get 100x. But there is also a chance I got 2000x

They had some problems with Playtech in the past. The games weren't working for a week or so and they got them fixed eventually.

Good that they gave you a nice compensation prize, though.

The free spins are not pre-determined they are random like all the other spins so they cannot therefore say what they would have been. Pick bonuses are pre-determined so they can be resolved usually.

I suspect the previous reply with the winning amount was just the casino fobbing off the player to make it easier to resolve, if someone had come back to you and said Playtech says it is $85 you would have been happy that they had sorted it, in this case they told you the truth and gave you a fair deal.

Bah,that is pretty bad to be honest.
Most slots resume the bonus when you reload the slots but Playtech slots apparently not?

I never had an error, touch wood.
But if that had happened to me I would be pretty upset too.

Yes 400x compensation is nice from the casino but God knows what you would have won as this slot can pay out some massive wins.

I had similar problem with Marilyn Monroe free spin in Playtech with Slotsmillion before. Server error not responding to and from while in middle of free spin! I am afraid to say it is Playtech responsibility with Slotsmillion responsibility to sort it out.

I can tell you difference:
Playing playtech with Omnicasino, never had lag, very quick response and never get error.
Playing Playtech with Slotsmillion, Videoslots and etc, really laggy. Error do come up sometimes. And Playtech failed to save the game to replay again after you reload to return, it should have save the game automatically if connection between you and Playtech is lost.

Thats why many reliable casino try their best to stay away like 32Red stay away and stick to Microgaming, most casino prefer Netent and Microgaming over Playtech as they are more reliable to play. Netent and Microgaming are the biggest casino to play on.
