Non-Bonus Complaint Grandparker oddities.

Hi! Yust will tell you about some of the oddities. I played at Grandparker and won, needed to send documents and faxback form. At the site is email address faxback@grandparker.me, but it does not work! After two days I got Undelivered Mail message. Then I send my docks to support@grandparker.me, and two days later I got that same Undelivered message. Yesterday I go to live chat and Jeremy got me their e-mail and I send my docks once more. Today!!! I got message from Grandparker, that I have send my docks to faxback@grandparker.com! I have a question. WTF? Why given the wrong address? To drag the time and dont pay?
 
Well I couldn't tell you why they do that, but yes indeed their website is .me and the contact information in there website shows .me. If the websites are invalid they need to update.

This is the Loco Panda group and they do slow pay. Maybe they do everything slow and it takes a while to update correct emails.:eek2:
 
hi, lakri yes grandparker group of casinos are not all that great to play at they seem to do a number of things that have piss off a lot of players since

they started up some time back, there biggest was when there site went off line and left many players hanging not know if they would get there money

out of the casino, myself I do not trust them and will not play on there site. check cm for other better sites to play on, you should find a better site. im

happy you won some thing and hope they don't drag out paying you.
