I received an email yesterday from GrandeVegasCasino which indicated that their withdrawals occurred within 24 hours:

Depositing and Withdrawing at Grande Vegas Casino
    is quick and simple!
Please read the information found below on:
    1. Deposit Methods
    2. Withdrawal Methods
    3. MEGA Match Bonus Offer

    2. Withdrawal Methods ---------

At Grande Vegas Casino withdrawals will be made within 24 hours provided all your documentation is in.

However, when i tried to confirm this fact, today, with customer service, they said the following:

"Thank you for your support at Grande Vegas Casino. To answer your queries I am pleased to inform you that our withdrawal process takes up 5 to 7 working days upon receiving all relevant documents. Our payouts are effective from Monday to Friday."
I sent an email a few hours ago asking why Grande Vegas communicates 2 very different withdrawal times, but i have not received a response yet, so i am asking the question publicly.

I was looking around for another casino because i am pulling back from Rival. This may be harsh, but i believe that GV is either using a "bait and switch" marketing tactic, or they are not clued in to all of their communications. Either way, doesn't inspire a lot of confidence, so i think i will pass. But i would still like a response to my question from Madison.

GrandeVegasCasino, Regarding contacting the rep, she is very responsive, i would just like for her to answer via my thread vs a pm, in case others have the same question. There have been a couple of threads about GrandVegasCasino's payout times, generally stated to be between 5-7 days. i just want to know why they are sending marketing materials out stating "within 24 hours".

    Good Day All,

Regarding our pay out times, this is our policy:

Once a withdrawal has been submitted certain documentation is required. That is why our terms and conditions as well as our support staff say that a withdrawal can take 5 – 7 working days. This time frame allows us as well as players to get all the necessary documentation in order.

However, because the industry is so competitive, Grande Vegas is always trying to “up its game” and make our casino a better place for our players. Therefore once you have submitted all the required information once, and provided we do not need any further information your withdrawal will be processed within 24 working hours.

I am working to get this information added to the Grande Vegas Website before the weekend.

I hope this clears everything up!
    Have a great Easter everyone!

    Madison

    It's my pleasure.

Withdrawals that have all documentation and approvals will be processed within 24 working hours. So that would be Monday to Friday. Please bear in mind that withdrawals will not be processed on public holidays.

I just contacted GV about a withdrawal as well and they told me that it would take 7 to 10 days!!

I PM'd Madison or whomever is the rep here so I'm hoping to hear an answer back but it definitely wasn't 24 hours and this was my second withdrawal so they already had all my documents and so forth.

Kind of frustrating that there is so much contradictory information, but I understand. I made my withdrawal on Sunday so it's been 72 hours and the rep I spoke with said that it wouldn't be processed till next week! That in itself is most frustrating, lol. 10 days is WAY too long for any cash out in my opinion :)

When I register with any casino I email my ID Docs from a saved draft with the attachments affixed as soon as I log in the first time and usually receive a confirmation email, usually with wording like, "we have added your docs to your casino file and you are cleared to make WDs". At first a few asked for something other what I initially sent but I've revised the assortment to these which have satisfied every casino, so far, for the last couple of years now: CA photo ID front and back images, Visa Debit Card front and back images, with 12 of the 16 digit account number on the front cut out and the CVC/CDC number on the back cut as well plus an image of my USPS Change of Address Confirmation. For U.S. simply submit a change of address at the post office showing your last and current addresses and they mail you this very official confirmation notice - valid for 1 year . Nice to have all that on file with casinos, in advance when depositing.

I agree, that is an excellent idea. Just in reference to my withdrawal, I had already withdrawn from GV so they already had all my docs in order :) But in the future, I may choose to do that as well with every casino I deposit at - thanks!

We now know that Grande Vegas has sold up to Jackpot Capital - but only because affiliates have posted that they were recently advised of the change.

Whilst affiliates and their continued marketing efforts appear to have been a priority, it would have been more professional and certainly more player- sensitive if this company had also communicated with its players before they started shutting up shop!

I was under the impression that they had done this "properly", but now it looks like yet another half-baked operation. Don't they realise the DAMAGE done when PLAYERS suddenly find CS gone, live chat dead, websites disabled, phones unanswered, etc, and for DAYS, whilst they have funds sitting in their account not knowing whether they will see them again. It seems operators are completely unaware of the big picture. Players have already experienced many cases where dead websites and no CS DID INDEED mean the casino had gone bust overnight, and their money was gone forever. Linx group is but one example of this.

Not ALL players read the news affiliates put up on their websites, so PLAYERS should receive notification too, and this could easily be done through the system used for sending out promotional emails, AND it could also be prominently placed on the website.

The buyer, in fact, should INSIST on it, because otherwise they have just bought a brand that has scared the proverbial **** out of the players for a few days, and some of these will simply quit for good.
