Casino Complaint Grande Vegas

Can someone help me report a casino not sure how to go about it or who to contact. This morning I received an email from Grande Vegas Casino in which I play at regularly they had told me in my message center inside the casino that I was a winner for free Wendseday bonus chip so I go to customer service and she said she would not honor it because my mane was not on the list I told her grande vegas sent me the email in my message center but she just said she would not so I contacted grande vegas thru there email and showed them a copy of it also took ascreenshot of mail they sent me so I forwarded it to casino manager still no response from them on this winning congradulations email they sent me, just a little while ago they went into my account and deleted the email message they sent can somebody give me info on where to complain about gv Thanks rose

Middle row of buttons, 5th. one in from the right (above the message window you type in) you'll see a little square with a tree in. Click and you can upload the image from your PC. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PIXEL SIZE of your image. If necessary do a pixel-resize in photo edit first if the length is over 640 pixels. Change it to 635, save and then upload.
