What a weird experience I just had with Grande Vegas over a small $25 deposit. I really wanted to play at Jackpot Capital but haven't been able to get a response back from rep there about whether I could make another bonus deposit while awaiting withdrawal of funds. While reading through these various chat sessions that took a lot of unnecessary time there were probably a few factors at work.
1) I have a substantial withdrawal pending from a sister casino
2) I requested a chat transcript though it was never offered or received, thank goodness for Notepad and cut and paste.
3) I was persistent
I'm now going to post a copied transcript of the various chat sessions. All in all I feel that they did right by me. The coupon I eventually was trying to redeem would have had a playthrough of $756.25 but the coupon Ella did manually only gave me a playthrough of $187.50.
