Hello I am new to this forum. I am having problems with Grande Vegas Casino. I have had an account with GV for nearly 6 months. I have never had a problem until recently. A few days ago I received a promotional email with my name and email on it. It came directly from Grande Vegas. The email stated free $25 and 200% match bonus. I logged into my account and redeemed the coupon code. And received the $25 No deposit Bonus. I managed to meet the wager requirements. I then requested a withdrawal. A few days later my withdrawal was denied. Upon asking support what happened. They stated that the email was sent to me in error. But how is that so? Its addresses me by name and email address. Even now if I log into my account and go to redeem coupon page. It has 200% match bonus as my new coupon offer. The support guy was very understanding. But said it was a management decision. Over the past 6 months I have deposited at GV in good faith. Error or not this isn't fair in my book. I wrote a person by the name of Madison but haven't heard anything from him. What else is there for me to do?
