Bonus Complaint Grande Vegas for some unknown me reason blocked my account

My friends advised me to consult with my problem to this forum and I hope that will help me here. I have such a problem occurred. Casino has blocked my account and my winnings. Where a month ago, I signed up the casino Grand Vegas since heard from other good reviews about it. I activated no deposit bonus in the casino and met the wagering requirements. Then send the document to verify your account. Casino My Documents somehow not taken and requested other documents . I then sent my international passport. Casino for a long time did not meet me at my email. I then wrote an email to the casino one more letter. Casino this time answered and they asked me to take a picture with my international passport near the face. I was photographed with passport and sent to the casino. After that, the casino simply blocked my account for unknown reasons. I do not want anything bad to say about the casino, but it feels like a casino specially fools Documents head, not long answers to the letters, and then just block an Account, not to pay the money.

This doesn't sound good at all, I am concerned that if the casino will not unblock your account then your winnings will be lost

Just quite unusual to get 2 new members both from Ukraine with the exact same complaint about 2 casinos in the same group within 2 days.

Maybe you don't know the other poster. Maybe the 2 cases aren't connected.

But it sure looks like a lot of Ukrainian players are taking non deposit bonuses at the same group of casinos and after verification are getting there accounts blocked.

maybe some user on Ukrainian gambling forum/website published post/article like "guaranteed scheme to get rich" and it's like:

1. here is list of casinos that give no-deposit SUB
2. register in the casino, do not deposit, take NDB and grind using some sort of strategy
3. in case casino blocks your winnings - then post complain to casinomeister

basically offer of "free money"
