If its 8 years old, it wasn't posted by me. Anyway, the casino has contacted me and resolved the issue. Could I delete my first post on this issue? I didn't see a tab for that.

Grande Vegas are a good casino IMO.

Posts never get deleted here unless they are spam or otherwise offensive.
People don't like very old threads being "bumped" - it's easy to not see the date and read the whole thing again as if it's new! :eek2:

If you have a new issue, start a new thread - there's no charge! ;)

Glad it all got sorted quickly for you.

Don't know if it was their rep here or just regular staff, but Yasmin has always been fantastic.

Been a long time since I played there since CAD is in the toilet, and the USD exchange is brutal for me, but they even paid me once on a birthday chip when I had broken the rule about having had to have deposited in past 60 or 90 days or whatever. At that point I did most of my RTG play elsewhere, but they gained a loyal customer over it for quite a few years. Didn't even ask the rep for help, I realized when I went to review bonus rules (to see about max cashout mostly that I hadn't read closely enough before I played the chip, so I was quite impressed.
