Casino Complaint Grand Rio casino voided real money balance due carry-over bonus

Could not find a rep for Grand Rio casino or much info on the whole.
I want to give a heads-up for those who consider depositing this place.

Registrated few weeks back and took the First Deposit Bonus 100%. Lost funds soon and thought trying again with bonus called "Reload 150%". Deposited 23€ with the "Reload 150%"-box ticked, no bonus appeared and the FDB wagering was still left! Could not get any help from russian chat. Sent a few messages to support and got an answer the next day in english where stated that I need to wait a week until First Deposit Bonus is expired before I can use the Reload bonus. Even though my balance reached zero! I asked why they dont give any info about carry-over bonuses, they denied having ones..

After the expiration got back and checked my account, deposited real money balance of 23€ had been confiscated. Have not gotten any answers to the matter why they did so. Nor russian or english.

Terms & Conditions are highly obscure. The place is a mess.
I would not recommend anyone to deposit here.

Why would you register and deposit at a casino which clearly looks dodgy. :rolleyes: Sorry, but i have no sympathy with players registering and losing money at such outfits and then coming to CM and cry about it.:eek: :what: Do your due diligence before you register and deposit!!! :thumbsup:

Here some red flags for Grand Rio:

> Licensed in Curacao - only a very few out of 100's of casinos registered in Curacao are actually good casinos. Personally, i only deposit at places with Gibraltar, Malta, UK or best Kahnawake licence.
> no bonus T&C's available on the website - they can use then anything they like against you
> 1 week for "lost FDB" to be cleared from the account
> new casino, only opened a few weeks ago - always wait until you can find the first reviews on the net before registering with a completely new casino.
> site only in English and Russian - clearly targeting Russia and that is always a red flag.

Yes you are absolutely right Harry_BKK.

Normally I am quite strict where I play and always read the terms, study a bit before registration.

Now I got :xxx because:
1) Got a positive recommendation from a colleague @finnish forum
2) Got huge appetite to gamble but had no good offers available
3) I was drunk


Yes my bad, but just wanted to give another RED FLAG for Grand Rio.
