Grand Prive` Contact?

Sure would appreciate a contact within Grand Prive if possible.
I'd even settle for anyone other than standard CSR or supervisor. As fas emailing support or speaking via phone it's useless.

It's not so much an issue to address with a PAB or contacting eCogra, I'm sure I can get it worked out myself if I can speak to someone with 1/2 a brain.

If you've tried regular CS and also a supervisor/manager with a problem without any success then for me you should be escalating it to eCOGRA.

Afterall they're regularly going on about low dispute levels etc for their members.
