Again I suspect that maybe it has to do with an issue of using a ND chip, accumulating comp points, then winning off your comp points. New players a lot of time are not able to use comp points to get a win after a no deposit bonus. Now if you deposited after the free chip, then used your comp points later on to win then it would be legitimate.

Now again I am just assuming this is the reason they don't want to pay.

2) Lost the ND bonus, but accrued $1 in comp points
3) Used his $1 in comp points and won off that.

Most casinos have T&C's on using comp points if you have not deposited. Basically you cant get a welcome chip, accrue comp points and then use that to win.

If he had deposited after ND bonus, played, and then after used comp points then he should have been in the clear. But again with this group of course they could have found something else wrong.
