I think Bryan has zero tolerance for spam himself and has taken a stand on the subject by website content and monitoring. As far as I am aware, there are no unresolved payment issues, which plays a major factor in being on the accredited list and they have a responsive Rep available. They are meeting the basic requirements of being accredited.
These two sites are persistent spammers and have been for a couple of years. They bombard you with spam, providing an impotent unsubscribe button and do not respond to complaining emails. When confronted, they deny, which boggles the mind because you have the emails in your inbox! The next line of defense is they declare they are having some technical problems and they have been all fixed. Two months down the road, it starts all over again. There is a legitimate problem with control on their end, due to the affiliate system, yet all these emails are passing through their system. Unless they take a no-tolerance position with the affiliates, the same pattern will probably keep going around. The behavior is self-destructive and defies all logic, but the practice continues.
I have decided to take a personal no-tolerance position by closing my accounts with these folks and trying to undermine there ability to deliver the unwanted communications. Though it is old news on the forum, we do have a means of exposing the behavior and Bryan is active in devising means to further express contempt for the practice and provide player support. I see the big picture here and I don’t believe that the issue is being condoned at any level. I simply have no reason to distrust or question his code of ethics, which is what the accredited list is all about. My use of the word "discredit" was in the sense of removing from accredited position, rather than an indication of Bryan's personal position on spamming. Apparently, not the best choice of words...
