Grand Hotel & Vegas 7: Problem unsubcribing from maillists

Hello,

I'm trying for months now to unsubscribe from Grand Hotel & Vegas 7 Casino mailing list, but seems the casino ignores my requests.

I've tried to talk to support chat before 2 months, to request unsubscribe from future mails, and the support told me that it will be done in 24 hours for both casinos.

Nothing happened from that day, every 1 or 2 days i'm still getting their 'promotional' and come back mails and keep trying to unsubscribe.

If any rep can check and solve the issue please respond, it's really annoying to get my inbox full of those mails.
