Over the past several months we've received a number of complaints against Grand Fortune (grandfortunecasino.com). All complaints concern non-payment of winnings, either by flat-out refusal or by sending players on a pointless goose chase and then simply ignoring them.

In some cases players are told to open a Bitcoin account only to have Grand Fortune then refuse to pay in Bitcoin because the player didn't deposit in Bitcoin. Or they use the old KYC run-around: "get documents XYZ", "resubmit X", "resubmit Y", the "resubmit XYZ" again, etc, ad nauseum. One player submitted and re-submitted their documents 20 times only to finally be ignored without explanation.

In the rare cases where they do make a statement regarding non-payment and/or account closure they'll offer gems like this:

Any casino account can be closed based solely on our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safekeeping of company assets, and our third-party processors.

Not paying players is certainly one way to ensure the "safekeeping of company assets".

Grand Fortune is licensed in Curacao under the 8084/JAZ master license.

WARNING: Grand Forune Casino (grandfortunecasino.com) is receiving a lot of complaints regarding non-payment of player's winnings. The company offers no explanation and ignores player complaints. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid this casino.
