It's obvious you take what you do seriously and actually do care...in hindsight it was a really silly comment to make before having even contacted you...So Sorry for that :oops:

Just letting you know that I arranged for this withdrawal to be processed today. Please note that it could take a few days to reflect in your account. But we have seen withdrawals hit players accounts within 48 hours after we processed it. But once again, it could take a tad longer.
