I do not know if Mandarin, Treasure Mile and Grand Eagle all share the same onwer, but the software is identical. I've gotten all three invites.

Cashed out close to 500 at Treasure Mile on the $50.00 CD

Busted on Mandarin

Now Grand Eagle sends a $100 ND CD. Wagering terms went from 20X to 40X VS Mandarin and Treasure Mile. But the ND Bonus was $100, not $50. Seems they got hit fairly hard I guess on the first two rounds

I met the 40X wagering requirements, but only had about $76.00 afterward, and decided to play it out which I lost. I say anytime you can wager $100.00 through 40 times, you are doing well and the software is not "rigged". I got to a high of $486.00.


I got my money with no issues from Treasure Mile and continued to deposit.

Today I cashed out $100.00 at Grand Eagle on a $20.00 mini deposit. I'm certain there will be no issues with the money.

Don't let the s-l-o-w software fool ya, these folks are first class. I don't know what the hell is up with the software but it is very slow. There are some game I cannot play because they actually give me a headache.

Legends Of Greece and Worlds At War are the two I've had the best results with. In my opinion, playing those games that have both a Bonus Feature and a Free Spin is best.

Legends Of Greece has a minimum 9 free spins. Every single time I've hit this, I have averaged 250 coins.My highest was 1180 coins with triple free spins.I was betting .25, so I came out OK... Numerous times the free spin has been re triggered.

I've never played anything but their 9, 15, 20 25 and 50 reel video slots, so I cannot speak for anything else.

Rate of return however, exceeds Microgaming, in my opinion. I hate saying this because I love Microgaming (or used to when I could play).

BetOnSoft is decent software. By that I mean it appears inline with the RNG's of other brand name labels. It is just configured poorly or takes up so much RAM on the computer, I dont know which.

But from where I stand, I will continue to play these 3 casinos. Maybe not as often as others, but I've yet to cash out at an RTG casino

Glitches are showing up on this one now. I played a chip I got in the mail a couple days ago. I was playing the greece game, and I got 3 wizards with 2 rainbow birds. Should have been a really big win, but no, no credit for it at all.

On the bottom line I also had 5 of another line.

I mean I played the first two, but it almost seems like there going to for a bonus ban by allowing me so many free chips. Just seems a bit odd doesn't it? I mean I love the free money and a chance to play there games. Which seem fun, but by not having a rep here or anywhere for that matter, and only a efw recommendations. I just can't take that flying leap of faith on making a deposit until I have some reassurances that I'll get a problem solved if I don't have a way to get some sort of 3rd party moderation going on.

At Lucky Creek, I claimed 4 free bonuses in a row, and on the fourth one I won and was paid $500 with no hassle. They offered the initial $100 free, and then $25 free every Monday.....they offered them so I took em lol. So I don't think they would give you any trouble if you won.

It would be nice if they had a rep on here though, but for now their support is fast and friendly in my limited experience with them.

With all the Rival issues going on now, BetOnSoft has a great opportunity to move into "the big 3" for US players.....just need to fix some minor teething issues.

I cashed out on 3/3/2010 for about $135.xx and it was processing. I waited til 3/8/2010 to contact live support about it and I guess I emailed my information to the wrong email. I sent it to the right email and they sent a email back right away about getting it. A few hours later I received an email saying it was processed. I chose the $15 mail option and I received my check today. I was surprised at how fast I got it.

I would suggest maybe contacting live chat. Hope you get it sorted out.

I have played at Gold Vegas (are they affiliated with Grand eagle?) and have had a few withdrawals which were done in a timely manner IMO. (3-6 days) Depending when the weekend falls and what kind of withdrawal is requested. They did not have QT until recently but I haven't had any play time there for a while...so I do not know what the time frame now is there.

I just played at grand eagle and requested a payout of 160.00...No problems. Sent copy of driver license and utility bill...What was really nice (in my opinion) is that I received my money within 2 or 3 days to my QT..I then received a email from them stating that they went ahead and paid me, however , my utility bill was out of date, so to please send a more current one for future pays...Hey, that was great..So many other casinos would of just sat on my withdrawl, waited for me to call them and then would tell me they needed a more current utility bill...Usually it is anything they can do to hang onto your money...So, koodos to Grand Eagle..I will deposit there again.

Wtg anniemac and 500 max cashout on a freebie sure makes it more interesting than say $50 max and 60X or more. Interesting also is back when this thread started I think winbig mentions grand prive bla bla and seems to have hit that one right on the head.
