Grand Banks Problems (here we go...)

I can't see anything in their T&Cs that make it a sticky.

If that's the case then I certainly wouldn't say this was worked out - just that the player was stiffed by the theft of the bonus.

I'm glad it finally worked out. But wasn't this a sticky bonus??

I confirmed with live support before I deposited at the site. I've now learned that I must take screenshots of everything now and wish I had a screenshot of our conversation. I think this rule in the terms though makes it very clear it's cashable :

When playing Slots, Video Poker or any other non-restricted game to satisfy the wagering requirements, players must wager their deposit 5 times (UK/GBP players 7 time deposit play through) to receive the bonus, and 15 times to cash-out any portion of the bonus.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

2nd bullet under TERMS.

ding ding

Seems like a cashable bonus to mee. Otherwise i wouldnt have posted.

Grand Banks

6.5.3 You are aware of and agree that the maximum amount that a Player can cash-out when winning $20,000 or more in casino games within a 30 day period, is $5000 per month. (Another great clause) and...

"Attempts to layer this bonus with further bonuses, or any other effort to play not for entertainment but for pure financial gain, may result in the return of your deposit, the loss of all bonus money, and any future opportunities to earn bonuses at Grand Banks Casino"

What if I'm playing primarily for financial gain but I'm entertained while I'm doing it? :)
