Grand Banks False Advertisment

I recently made the mistake of depositing money into the Grand Banks Casino before checking this site.

I went to play the progressive games and received a system message that they can not connect to the Progressive server and to try again later but try some of the other games. This has been going on for too long so I contacted their online chat help and found that they have not been connected since September 2005. Their website has a running total board of the current values of each progressive game and no mention that they can not connect to the progressive games. When I tried to copy the chat the system would not allow me to copy or send me an e-mail of our conversation. I took some screen shots of our conversation. Please See attachment :

This really gives ONLINE Casinos and Playtech a bad name Playtech should be policing these sites.

Although i totally agree with the above statement the following is the truth:

False advertising is nothing for Grand Banks so dont hold your breath on them changing their web site.

And i wouldnt hold my breath waiting on Playtech to "police" them either based on their joke of a "dispute system".

More Grand Banks Junk

Now Grand Banks is telling me that it takes 7-10 Business days to process a withdrawal. All I am trying to do is get my remaining deposit back since I refused their bonus. I even contacted Playtech and filled out their complaint form and never heard from them.. Grand Banks is now saying it won't be till after July 4th. Should I hold my breath....:mad:

Maybe you should ban Playtech !!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anybody anywhere ever had a good cashout experience from grand banks?
I done a search and it came up with 103 threads ( admittedly not all started with grand banks ) and they were not good! (didnt check them all)

Who plays there?
And why?

They have to be the most INfamous casino on the net!
