GoWild taking its time to pay their players

Hello,

first of all this is not a formal complaint. It's a heads up to all players that are playing regularly at GoWild.

On the 30th March I withdrew a nice amount which I plan to spend with my family. It was pending and reversible a whole week until the 6th April. Up to today it is still marked as pending in the cashier. I received 2 e-mails during the time my withdrawal was pending telling me about current 'hot games' etc. I contacted chat twice and was staved off with excuses and I shall check for my withdrawal tomorrow. I quote the chat: The standard payment time is 2-5 business days, and since the weekend was just off, you can check again tomorrow or on Tuesday.


I followed the 32red threads briefly and I can tell you it's not only 32red that is infected with the slow-pay disease, it appears more like all Microgaming download casinos suffer from this illness.

I'm a very relaxed person but this really annoying.

First thought: Don't reverse, no matter what the temptation. You'll just be falling nicely into the trap

After that steer well clear of all such nonsense
There are too many good casinos out there who will pay you within hours without any fuss; stick with them from now on.

I was in particular surprised about GoWild taking so much time. I actually commended them for the Casinomeister awards 2015 not long ago as casino of the year!

I had no problem withdrawing from both GoWild and 32 Red the money was in my account by the third day. I use Neteller though.

I would be very annoyed if I had to wait that long for a withdrawal and no explanation as to why it's taking so long. It's happening a lot it seems at some Casinos lately

Next time ask them to flush your withdrawal. If they decline then contact their rep here, Gia, she will sort it out.

But yes, with no flushing it stays pending quite long, can be days. Same goes for Lucky247. First time i had a larger withdrawal there (IIRC 3.5K) they left it pending for days, multiple contacts to their rep and they finally paid on the 5th day. Closed my account immediately after that.

Personally, i have uninstalled ALL MG download casinos, no more of the waiting and pending "mind games".

YES, they all have it and there is no need for it.

Technically they can pay just as fast as the multi-platform casinos, they just don't want to.

LOL you are indeed very patient.

I am probably the most patient person on the planet ....except when it comes to money :icon_twis: .....and especially when somebody can pay me with no delay but choses to do so to improve his profit margins.

All casinos take our money instantly, no delay whatsoever but then some need pending periods when it comes to pay up

One i have not signed-up yet, sorry. Main point was that no processing on weekends, but i think that was changed recently.

8.2 score at CM - not too shabby but not the best either, middle of the road.

All payments seem to be taking 12hrs and longer.

The other day there was a thread about a bank transfer not arriving and they were very helpful and transparent with the whole thing. Shows they are doing their best.

Positive is that you can withdraw and forfeit a bonus as long as you have not dipped into the bonus funds.

They certainly have a huge game selection.

Like Harry I am very patient and accommodating but they take MY money quick enough when depositing so if I win, I want MY money back quickly too!

Go Wild was my main casino back in the day when I first started to play MG (long before UK pullout etc) and even with debit card withdrawals I think the longest I ever waited was 2-3 days IIRC.

I cashed out on Thursday Night and flushed it. So i should get paid this afternoon to Skrill, but let's see.

I contacted chat as well on Thursday night and they told me that they can try to already pay on friday but i need to contact Account Management for this. Sent an E-Mail to account management and a message to the forum rep here (Gia). Didn't receive an answer from both of them yet.

Also CHAT didn't want to confirm that you usually get paid the next day during the week, they only said "2-6 days" is how long it will take and if i was paid faster in the past it was because payments had probably not that much to do.

Agree no excuse at all. Sure allow some hours to process payments and they will be times when they must be stacks of pending payments. But with ewallets these days 12 to 24 hours should suffice.

Why are people still putting up with being pissed-about for their money? In the coming years this 'pending' crap will become anachronistic, will be talked about like rotary dials on old telephones. Since I quit number-colour a while back, I haven't waited for any withdrawal, anywhere I play, for more than a number of hours.

Why can't one of the Viper MG sites use some initiative and introduce instant or hourly cash-outs so they are the unique Viper that does it? We know it can be done, and think of the players that would join. I like MG sometimes but only play them at multiplatform sites to avoid the sort of bullcrap I'm reading in this thread.

change in the coming years? you really think that mg download casinos will offer fast withdrawal? this will make a difference in their bottom line as we know...and as we know some casinos have gone the other way...what would be the motivation for casinos to do so this works for them...and i ask...maybe we can petition some of them....

also...i have given up most mg download casinos after you've gone to videoslots and guts...there's no reason to go back...but i do miss them...i have also weaned myself off of taking bonuses...but i do miss some of the games...
