Hello,
first of all this is not a formal complaint. It's a heads up to all players that are playing regularly at GoWild.
On the 30th March I withdrew a nice amount which I plan to spend with my family. It was pending and reversible a whole week until the 6th April. Up to today it is still marked as pending in the cashier. I received 2 e-mails during the time my withdrawal was pending telling me about current 'hot games' etc. I contacted chat twice and was staved off with excuses and I shall check for my withdrawal tomorrow. I quote the chat: The standard payment time is 2-5 business days, and since the weekend was just off, you can check again tomorrow or on Tuesday.
I followed the 32red threads briefly and I can tell you it's not only 32red that is infected with the slow-pay disease, it appears more like all Microgaming download casinos suffer from this illness.
I'm a very relaxed person but this really annoying.
