I am new here and reason why i joined is that I got ripped off by GoWild Casino for my winnings. I wanted to know what the rating is for this Casino but was surprised to find out that it is not even listed on any category. Is there another name for this casino?

No there is no other name for them. They used to be marked as Good to Go over here, as far as I can remember.

Well I was promised that I would get my money by GoWild casino today. Guess what if I did not talk to live support I would not have known that they have gone home. In other words empty promises and they do not even have the decency of emailing me to tell me that they cannot give me the money again. I think they have no intentions of paying me. Hmm I hear it is a good time to visit Malta at this time. Just for fun maybe I will. Bunch of LIARS.....
 
When they first came out they were fantastic for everything.Payouts,freebies,awesome support and good bonuses.Support now is cold and very impersonal.No more freebies or spins.Their playthru is now anywhere from 35X up to 50X.I never saw a MG over 30X.I quit playing there.

Believe me I have no intertions of going back there. They won't even answer phone calls but have a phone number that keeps saying because they are all serving customers it is better to leave a message and they will get back to me. Well they did not. I asked for the managers name and they would not even give that to me. Wrote to the manager and not get a reply. What service. The only time they like you is when you are always losing. Even that is no guarantee with them. Bastards.

What do you mean by this exactly? 48 business hours, based on an 8 hour work day, would be 6 days (or 8 I guess since there would be a weekend).

Pretty sure you mean 2 business days, but just want to be sure.

When complaining about how long a payment takes, you should always be very specific when it comes to dates. When was the withdrawal done, when were the documents sent for verification if any were asked etc. Without that information, the forum members have no way of concluding whether you have any basis for your complaint, or whether you are just impatient.

I stopped taking deposit such an amount and get X amount free spins a while ago. The offer is good in principle and it can lead to extended play time. However I once hit an amazing win session on a bunch of deposit free spins and was left with a collosal wagering requirement in the several hundreds Suffice it to say if you DO hit big on the free spins chances are you`ll never be able to cash out owing to such huge WR. :mad:

Got it to work finally in end. £19,87 from 100 free spins not really impressed but okay i guess.

Agree with the above fully.........IMO too having a fixed bonus $$ is always better than any amount via FS offers....cos the WR with the FS $$ can actually be too huge a mountain to scale...
