GoWild Cashout Times?

well 20 hours after withdraw request i contacted live chat... she gave me an email addresse of accountmanagement dept. she cant flush so i have to email (and i have) them with flushing request.

i think its rather silly, since im fully verified, made wd's before (last week as well), and all deposits and wd's were by skrill. so if you all the time have to ask for your money in order to start the withdraw process, thats is not they way it should be.
a verified account should receive his wd to his/her e wallet within 24 hours without asking multiple times.

i liked how Gia made it happen last week. that was very nice and fast. but a player shouldnt have to ask for this every time. i hope this will change for the better. otherwise the payout information in the accredited section should be changed.

i have no problem with waiting 24/48 hours, but then faster shouldnt be advertised.

i think in my case they didn't see that i'm already verified that's why the told me to contact the account manager if i want to flush.

withdraw to e wallet should never take more than 24 hours (if all is verified and played withing rules / t&c's)

agree. as i understood its only the flushing problem. once flushed you will paid in the next batch (mo-fr 1200 cet) id i'm right

do not ask the chat if it is possible to flush or mention casinomeisters time frame.
just say please flush my withdrawal and set the pending time to zero please.
i had no problems whatsoever here and gia is always fast when it comes to replying

that was exactly what i asked the CS... hi i'm yada yada yada, i would like you to 'flush' my withdraw... please.
(the part about pending time to zero i didnt know)
but still i think the processing should be within 24 hours without the asking

i just got lucky, withdrew and tried to flush via chat, see below. i finally made it, but it was not easy and i was im the chat dor about 20 minutes including a longer phase without a response. I think it is time for an official statement and information how we should behave to get this done as it seems that live chat has no idea about flushing at the time you start a chat :)

Me: no thats not true. i've had the same discussiom the last time, and was assured that this time it should work from scratch. verified members can flush their withdrawals immediately via chat, thats what i've been told.

Me: last time i needed to send an E-mail to the finance department and then it was flushed, but i was assured that this was only the case because the chat didn't see that i was fully verified and that for the future his should work without any issues

Got paid! So it took around 14 hours...

So it is clear:

IF you can successfully flush, you will get it the next day around 12:00pm (for e-wallets).

The only open question is now how we can make sure that live chat now flushes immediately and doesn't first always says that this is not possible.
 
Its kinda cool to have an accountmanager, but it would be at least as helpfull if payouts happen more than on 1 set time on a working day...
that being said... im on a great run at this casino. Not only this week. Everything is legit and getting better every time so i definately reccommend them every day of the week
