GOT DAMN CASINOSHARE HOW DOES IT

TAKES FOREVER FOR YOU TO ANSWER YOUR DAMN E-MAILS? I HAVE BEEN WAITING 72 HOURS FOR MY BONUS AND HAVE SENT 10 E-MAILS AND NO ANSWER. YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!

I take it then they still haven't got phone support or live chat installed...

You'd think if they can afford to buy Grand Monaco (MG) then they could certainly spring for a couple of phone lines :p

Phones

If they never reply to E-mails, and offer no phone alternative, they don't have poor customer service, they have NO customer service whatsoever!
This casino group may as well not exist. What if a Neteller deposit went wrong (like last night), it could never be resolved!
They are hardly going to attract new players like this, and are seriously in danger of losing most of the player base they paid for when they took over Grand Monaco. This will undoubtedly lead to a bankruptcy risk, or necessitate a distress sale of Grand Monaco at a huge loss. None of this will benefit the player, nor the company.

Wow, someone is echoing my thoughts.

I deposited $250 at 7:31 PM last night.

It's been roughly 28 hours now and my bonus has still not been credited.

I emailed them 4 times nicely with no reply.

I really enjoyed playing at PokerShare, but this is just ridiculous.

Other MGV's credit the bonus instantly, some take 4 hours, but Casinoshare takes eternity.

Again, bad business, as the player waiting for the bonus for an eternity is NOT WAGERING for that same eternity, with the result that the casino is NOT EARNING for that same eternity.

Geez format your post better next time, it was so painful to read.

And BTW, Casino Share still has not credited me the bonus or replied to my emails. WTF is going on?

Update: I received my bonus a few minutes ago. Total time it took was ~50 hours and ~7 emails. I really hope their cashout time will be better.

Thanks for the heads up on this casino!!! I just installed them tonight... Was going to make a $250 deposit..... Nope, Uninstalled it instead!

Phone Support

Hello all

At present we are in the final stages of setting up our phone support with a view to going live either today or tomorrow.

Over the last couple of weeks we have been busy training up our existing support team to deal with this as well as hiring more staff and so during this time some of you may have experienced slower than usual responses to your emails. I can only apologise for this.

With regards to the Monthly Match Bonus this ended on 16th November- we emailed all our players to inform them of this. In its place we are launching an exciting range of new promotions over the christmas period (such as festive fortunes) so please keep checking the site for details :)

Kind Regards

Ed

There is little point in launching new promotions when CS cannot even deal with the existing ones! Extra promotions is the one thing that will make CS even busier. The worst thing about not answering e-mails AND not having any alternative is that players are totally stuck when e-mails are ignored. In part, blame rogue casinos, who use the deliberate tactic of ignoring all e-mails, so players nowdays tend to think the worst. Recent developments have suggested that the worst is often what has happened, thus reinforcing players views that no reply from CS means their is something up that may result in eventual non-payment.

In the case of CasinoShare, it has been promises, promises, but "tomorrow" never comes. All the above, and more, was originally promised for the end of October, then during November, and now it is mid-December!
