WARNING GoldenBet, MANY complaints and MANY unpaid players

I have seen the email they send to everyone and word for word they are identical on each of the sites you mention along with Mystake. From some Compliance Team person but it's simply a template email. There was a thing about a lawyer in Curacao going through the email they had sent to players basically debunking every comment they make - might be on another site but was funny to see it.

Over the past few months we've received an unusually large number of complaints against Goldenbet.com. Most concern unpaid winnings, often for large amounts. The remainder are issues regarding locked accounts and ignored self-exclusion requests. Needless to say this is troubling.

The casino's responses to these complaints began as "we're in communication with the player" which turned out to mean they'd simply quoted some Terms to the player and then said "issue closed". Recently they've simply defaulted to saying "to investigate this case it is fundamental to be contacted by the account owner" when they obviously have been contacted by the account owner and the account owner was unhappy with the results, so they came to us. The bottom line is that this is classic "we don't want to deal with anyone but the player and we'll deal with the player as we see fit". In other words, "talk to the hand".

At one point the casino did say "Unfortunately, our website ... is not listed on your website" by which they mean they don't make money off of Casinomeister so that's (one of) their reason(s) for not taking action on player complaints we send them. That's a Rogue casino stunt and GoldenBet is looking very much like a prime candidate for being added to the list.

FWIW GoldenBet is a Curaçao 1668/JAZ licensed casino and as many of you will know that is usually Very Bad News. See 1668/JAZ licensee issues - Casinomeister's Forum: Largest Online Casino Community Since 1998 for a whole lot more on that.

UPDATE: GoldenBet now claims to be licensed in Africa:

"Goldenbet.com is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros"

WARNING: GoldenBet is confiscating player balances by either locking accounts or accusing players of unsubstantiated Terms violations, and then locking their accounts. Player complaints are being ignored, so we are unable to assist. Players are STRONGLY advised to look elsewhere for their iGaming services.
This has now happened to me for ages I have played received some lower winnings now asking for verification of card that has never deposited with. When asked to send me proof of this being used there is no response. What a joke they are

Another company that deploys dodgy Russian/Ukranian payment processors to hide transactions. Are their games legit? Yes probably - but why bother continuing the dodgy practices? They are one of the groups on the "list of 9" under investigation by Mastercard/VISA linked to the article in the Guardian a few months back.

Well I am just researching golden bet as I won £37,500 over the weekend after registering on Friday. Ive requested £7500 (i can only withdraw £15000 per month and £7500 a week. I cant even request the next £7500 until next weekend as they said I need a "cooling off period" before I withdraw lol.
I hope I get my money.

Ouch. Sorry to tell you, with our knowledge of this rogue site and its absolute reluctance to pay, I cannot have any confidence you'll see a penny.

You can see even now the scammy tactics, you've just told us about the first - a 'cooling off period' before you can withdraw, hoping you'll sort their liability out for them by reversing and spunking the winnings back. That is a red light alarm and something which no genuine casino will do.

If you use discipline and wait this period out, their next tactic will be bogus document checks to delay further, or responsible gambling concerns, in the case of the latter to disable your account.

There are no terms with these sites - they make them up as they go along, interpret them how they want and pretty much can be summed up in one sentence: "We'll take deposits from wherever and whomever we decide and all cash-outs are at our sole discretion."

Also the problem is that it gives you a 'dodgy' bank statement.

Today I got £7500 credited to my bank account. So I guess we will see what happens with the rest.
Wow, that is a result, I would never have predicted that based on previous performance. Had I been in your shoes I'd have bitten their hand off to be guaranteed 7.5k from 37.5k as I would have expected zilch. You've got 20% thus far of the total.

Any more payments after this I think you would have been very fortunate. Reason I say this is because if you've seen above, it's occurred before where players have got some but not all of their money.

I hope you can buck that trend mate!

I use skrill on fiat deposit on BC, withdraw takes from 5min to 24hrs, Deposit takes 5mins, you can only deposit on Euro they charger no fees, only Skrill charger 1% on deposit from bank to Skrill
So Skrill works? Are they not classified as "Fintech" I have a huge problem with BC.game trying to get my winning/withdrawal already tried Revolut (5 times transaction failed, I also confirmed with Revolut is not on their side). Lastly I tried with my own bank (brick and mortar one) it got rejected immediately. I am really frustrated about them...
