I thought it was interesting that the two people posting in this thread were named "lojo" and "mojo". L (as in "lojo") and M (as in "mojo") appear sequentially in the English alphabet. The next letter is N, which is said it would be funny if someone with the name "nojo" appeared and started posting. My apologies for the confusion.

I am new here but am compelled to post.

I understand this casino has been moved from the "rouge" to "proceed with caution" section.

I am sure most of you are aware that the $300 credit line is automatically added as soon as you deposit. Therefore I call it forced. Then, the terms are not forthright. If you look in the withdrawal section it states:



If you look in the Credit Line terms, funny it's not there. Only in the withdrawal section.

Players are burned. I've seen it. Then just not pay it, right? No. One player I know is afraid not to pay it because he fears since he is in a banned state, he will be sent to a collection agency. There are newbies getting hurt.

He continues to get a bill. And continues to feel compelled to pay it even though he is extremly angry. He won $700 and cashed out. only to be told he had to play through 30x equaling $9000. Mind you, that is NOT in the credit line terms and conditions.

This casino needs to change this asap. They keep saying they will but they haven't and it's been some time now. In the current climate of the UIGEA this is serious business.

Thank you for letting me rant. I am passionate on this. Every day that this credit line is available is a bad day. This is not a bonus, it is money the player pays back. Why in the world would there be a playthrough on it. I could see a $25 fee or something but $9000?

Come into the light means to abandon the 'dark ways' and offer a fair game, fair transactions, etc. Not be "Rogue".

I should reiterate that the casino is working on changing the terms of the credit line or eliminating it altogether. I really do appriciate that but it is just taking a long time. Meanwhile, since I have been watching this for some time, My goal is to post what I have seen in hopes that players do not utilize the CL. I had no idea that the CL had a 30x playthrough until another player brought it to my attention when he tried to cash out.

To their credit, it does say 'this is not free money'. And I personally think it would be a good feature to keep (with certain terms)

I don't think it should be offered to first time players... maybe something like after $X and/or X# of deposits you could become eligible for an equal credit line... some sort of status and filtering of problem gamblers... that may be difficult, but I would think that at a minimum, if someone can consistently make, say, ten $30 weekly deposits it may show they are 'stable' enough to accept such an offer.

The wagering requirement on it would be fair if it were 1x anything else smacks of exploitation to me.

I really don't think they set out to rip people off... just a half-baked good idea gone wrong.

I think it would behoove Cyrus (was that the reps name?) to come back on board and sort this out in the community, if it was handled right they might find a whole new 'class' of players here.

Of course whatever Bryan determined with them to get them out of the rogue pit would be the most important thing, as I won't play there until or unless he gives them a green light; and until or unless he says there is communication and they are working on it, I'll do my part to keep it in the spotlight by replying in this thread.

I really just wanted to point out that I thought it was funny and/or ironic that two people with similar screen names were posting in the same thread. I like to make light of silly things like that, so I hope I didn't offend you.

Hi everyone,
I also had received the invite with the $300 credit line bullshit. I went to the casino, and did not use any of the $300, instead I took a 100% match bonus of $50. In order to get the bonus, I could have given the person on the phone a credit card or bank account info. I chose to use my bank info from one of the banks that had very little money in the account, but certainly enough to cover a lousy $50. I ran this $100 up to 5600.00. I got lucky and hit a royal on video poker for 4k and the rest in slots. I also covered the wagering requirements. Upon my withdrawal request, I was online with a rep for over twenty minutes for him to "see" my winnings. He then proceeded to process my withdrawal. About 3 days later my phone rings and it is a broad named Yvonne and she told me that I had inverted the first two numbers of my checking account. I immediately went to my bank account online, and pending for that day was $50 from Golden Arch. I told her she was a damn liar as the casino was initiating their payment that very day, and it was in pending and would process overnight. She insisted I was wrong. I told her I would email her a copy of my online banking page and she hung up. The next thing I knew, GoldenArch's request for payment was removed from my checking account, and banking page.

I never received my winnings, pitched a bitch to Bryan and never heard a word from him about this, and got screwed.

Cyrus, why not come here and chat with me about your honest casino? It is a piece of garbage much like the person who represents it.

Would be hard, but surely not impossible, have they never heard of Photoshop:rolleyes:, all the fraudsters must use something like it for their "documents", so why can't this lot use it to show "proof of multiple accounts".

Even though this thread is more than a year old, it seems the original, and very serious issues, were never resolved, and the rep "did a runner" after promising to come back and explain how they were an "honest operation".

I trust this was mere research, and that you NEVER had any intent to deposit, NOR hand over bank or card details.
Are they still pulling that instant $300 line of credit scam?

The day this crooked casino makes it out of the Rogue pit, is the day I start agreeing with the US to keep online gambling illegal, and will work with Congress day and night to enforce this law.

These jerks literally sent out letters to people glorifying their casino (I still have the letter) so I like a complete moron went to play there. I did NOT take part in their $300 credit line, I simply took a 100% bonus of $50 (it could have been any amount up to $300). I met the WR's, kicked ass on the slots, and hit a royal flush in VP for a total win of $5600.00. As I said earlier, three days after the win, some old broad named Yvonne called my house and said that I inverted the first two numbers of my bank account number and that was a violation of their T&C's 18.5 or something like that. I called her a liar simply because the $50 had hit my bank account that morning and was in pending status and would update that night. She hung up, and they removed the $50 payment request from my bank.

This is a casino that is run by a group of animals, who merely want to rob your money and will not pay you if you win. Simple as that.

I challenged Cyrus a long time ago to come on this forum and tell me how honest his casino is, I am still waiting..lmao!
