More of an "acquired taste". IF they like you, great, they will treat you well, BUT they can label you as a "bonus abuser" very easily, and this can result in confiscation of winnings.
They DO however, have an eCogra seal (when I last looked - some while ago), so this should offer a route for any complaints.
They treated me VERY badly when I first joined, but changed their tune when they bought out Casino Action (the first time), and realised that i WAS a genuine player, and a "whale" at that. I was booted quickly upstairs to the VIP club, and now I have them "eating out of my hand" so to speak
The moral is - be careful what first impressions you give them.

I like that when CasinoRewards MGS gives you a bonus it goes into playable credits separate from your deposit. So you can play your deposit and if you run out, THEN try the bonus credits. The problem is, I've gotten over $10,000 in VIP bonus credits and can't recall in 3 yrs ever able to win enough to break the Wagering Requirements to keep anything. Maybe once.. not sure.
I dont know if there's something about U.S. players being 'phased out' (ie: we cant play progressives or new games) and they figure.. why bother letting us win anything.. as come June1st MGS may drop U.S. players anyway -- so might as well milk us dry. Who knows. I realize that would be suggesting MGS has coded their software payouts against U.S. players. I dont know that. But I will say that in 2007 and 2008 I was at least able to win something nearly every deposit and at least play awhile -- even if I lost it all eventually. I did have a good strong amount of cashouts (for me, being 3x my deposit or at least $300 to $500 in winnings). But since late 2008, I've had very few withdrawals and ZERO in 2010 -- down $10,000. Imagine, depositing $10,000 into MGS casinos betting about $1 to $2/spin and having no cashouts this year. Sick sick sick. In fact, I'm down a few thousands the last few weeks into RTG, Rival, 3dice and MGS and not once have I even gotten double of my deposit. No matter what I play, i lose. I will stay on 1 game sometimes and other times do 25 to 35 spins and move on.
CR has been great to offer me so many credits. But as I told my rep, SO WHAT if I cant take those credits and meet the WR. He said they are to help offset losses, but I said -- Again, I've never cashed them so who cares. $50,000 down the drain to MGS now (at least) -- I'm afraid to add it up actually. And when/if I do win, the 48hr wait period kills me nearly every time. But since 2009 I can pretty much guarantee it takes 10 deposits of $100 and losing it all to have 1 deposit where I can turn $100 into $300 or $400. So lose $1000.. MAYBE MAYBE win a few hundred. not good.
Whatever it is, it just 'feels' like the Casino industry is jaded against U.S. players. And now we cant play the new games at MGS like Golden Tiger -- even though their support told me I would be able to since I've been with them so long. But when they came out, NOPE and they blamed U.S. legislation. And I said then why let me play OLD GAMES but now NEW ONES? They said "Cuz of U.S. government". ahhahah whatever that'll hold up in court
So play MGS with caution and pick a reason.
If you're in the U.S., might as well play RTG which at least allows progressives and all available games and has faster withdrawal times in most cases.
If MGS does cut us off in June 2010, I'll never see that money again -- but hey lol maybe they'd be doing me a favor to cut me off
